They also have the best Jellycat selection I've ever seen, and what I really appreciate is that their prices are fair and not ridiculously overpriced like so many other places. I moved to Newport Beach several years ago. I use the mail room often to drop stuff off and mail out. While my experience is usually a quick errand drop in, every time the women and men working are extremely kind and welcoming. For 6 years I've had a wonderful experience and today I dropped off another package and wanted to take the time to thank them for doing such a great job. Has always been a nice experience for me and errands aren't my thing. Especially the women who work there who always have a smile and say hello. The Mail Room - Nice shop - Notaries Near Me - Newport Beach, California

I've been using them for years. Sending packages to family, doing everyday returns and buying wrap. The brunette women with short hair and the girl with striped black/ white hair have the most awful rude attitude. It makes me uncomfortable just going in. I'm not sure what is so bad about there lives but they sure do let everyone know how they feel. Every time I leave I feel they just hate me and the must really hate there job. I'm not the only one who has had this experience. 2 of my friends have complained. read more

I work a few blocks away and needed Live Scan Fingerprinting services. I called and Sue was able to take me within 15 minutes. Upon arriving, Sue told me that it will take a few minutes to start the computer up and we began the fingerprinting scan, she was fast as I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Fraud alert. Website says $10 For notary and they charge 15. Also, no notary was there when we arrived, and parking is a nightmare. Avoid

So disappointing. I purchased stamps here and there was an upcharge of 30%! They don't even tell you when you go to pay. I would have been annoyed if they told me they charged a 30% service fee for simply handing me stamps, but at least I would not have felt taken advantage of. So, if these folks upcharge simple stamps by 30%, I can't imagine the upcharge on their other services. Frustrating. read more

While I respect that they need to make a profit, it seems that a standard business practice would be to notify your customer of a markup on postage BEFORE you print the stamp out and it's too late. Not after. A 100% mark up for $5.00 postage is excessive. Otherwise, they are ok. read more

I tried to mail out 35 postcards and had stopped at the FedEx office. They informed me they do not send regular mail and sent me over to this place in the same plaza. I was shocked when it cost me $18.90 to send 35 plain postcards. The guy explained that he was going to send them with .33 cent stamps. Um. Why? The post office charges what, 20 cents or so for a postcard? I have no clue why I was charged so much but was fed up getting sent around and the run around and just needed them out. Would never come here again. Do not recommend. read more
