WOW, one of the WORST people I've spoken with in my life answered the phone, curtly barked at me without listening to what I was saying, and then hung up on me. Are these 5-star reviews from relatives? I called to get a quote but kept getting told to send the document to them. Since it's a confidential document that I'm not able to send around, I asked what info I can give them to provide a quote (word count, pages, etc.?). Sounding beyond annoyed, like I was bothering him by calling, he asked multiple times what language so I repeated myself, to which he responded, "We can't do it," and hung up on me. The phone call was literally 1:07 long, from before the first ring to my second hello before realizing it. was. just. me. A ONE-MINUTE-LONG attempt to offer business bothered him. We had a number of documents for creating a living trust. Somewhat complicated as we were transferring assets including real Estate to the trust. Many documents had to be notorized and had to meet all the guidelines of the county recorders office. My husband and I both had to get certified, notarized translations of our birth certificates from English to French. The office responds very quickly to e-mail (you can save a trip to the office by just e-mailing them a copy of the document). They will respond right away with a price quote and ask if they should go ahead with the translation, and the office contacts you when the document is ready. I e-mailed a copy of my birth certificate on a Friday, and it was done by the end of Monday. They are very professional, very courteous. read more
