Upon calling the automated system, it asked what I needed with an option "zero" to speak to a banker. Everyone was "busy helping other customers, please wait on the line". It then came back with same issue and gave me another option to press zero to speak with someone. Again, the same thing, but this time it came on and said; "Goodbye" and hung up on me. Dialing back in, I tried the "automated account and banking options key, but this just put me into the original loop, but asked me to say what I needed help with... Upon saying "rent a Safety Deposit Box" a couple times, it then started the whole process over. I have yet to be able to get to a live person at my bank for help! What a poor way to run a business.
