The kiddos running the place signed for my package off the truck but then didn't have it. Excuse was "well, sometimes there are a lot of packages so we don't always look at them all." Either A- they failed to actually do their jobs and ensure they were receiving what they signed for, or B- stole the package. Either way, they were responsible for it and claimed possession, but then failed in their part of the process. read more

Being the "Duke" of this place, you would have thought that I would have written a review. So, I am taking care of that today I have been using this location since they opened. It's close to where I live and near other places that I frequently go. Parking can sometimes be an issue as it shares the parking lot with multiple other businesses. Also, getting out of the lot onto Hwy 46 can be a real problem. To go left, sometimes you have to turn right and go to HEB to turn around. The staff is what dictates the stars on this review. Sometimes, they are a 1, and at other times a 5. It does seem like recently, they are more toward the 5 than the 1. Keep it up, and the rating we I'll go up:-) Will I return? Definitely! read more

(FYI, shipping a part to the manufacturer does not require any FFL or special regulations...it's just store policy) Want to ship wine to yourself? Nope. Want to ship beer to your parents? Nope. OK, it's the only copying and mailing "game" in town! That being said, it's hard to compete with a superior business. All types of copying, signage, photo management, blueprints, shipping (UPS), 24/7 mailbox service, computer services, even minor office & shipping supplies. They have and do it all for a reasonable price. Kim Favor is a key player in the business and does a superlative job, multi-tasking, prioritizing customer service, and managing personal information and mailing services with discretion and reliability. They will get the job done, but they have some VERY rude folks working the counter....not all of them, but some of them. I won't be going back here even given the fact it's the closest UPS store...I have zero tolerance for poor / rude service, ESPECIALLY in a service industry! Do yourself a favor and find a different drop off of shipping location. Also the little strip center it is in is quite difficult to get in and out of as it's on Hwy 46 and in a spot where there are single lanes each direction...definitely some anxiety getting out of the lot. read more

PLEASE do not use this store for important printing! I tried to have my wedding invitations printed and visited the store on 2/26 and spoke with the manager for over an hour and we walked through my invitations and details together. I was told it will take 5 business days, perfect. On business day 6, I still had not received a call or update so I called and was told they weren't in yet and would be shortly. Fast forward to 3 weeks from the date of order after calling almost everyday for an update (they never called me to let me know it arrived), I was told my order was complete and ready to be picked up. To my surprise, the day I am going to pick them up, I get a call from the manager saying my sign I ordered wasn't ready (although it was supposed to be ordered 3 weeks prior) and most of my cards didn't have envelopes. I was still okay with this and went to pick up what they had to get started and send the invites. I check the order before I leave the store to see that the invitations are the COMPLETELY wrong color and not at all what we discussed or what I gave her for a color swatch. Part of my order is completely missing as well. So when I go back into the store, the manager I had been dealing with was too much of a coward to come out from the back and speak to me until I started to ask where she was and why I can't speak with her. She then proceeded to LIE and say this is what we talked about and I never sent her the other documents I needed to have printed. I have email proof to back up my claims that this is completely wrong and I did indeed send the documents that she noted she received on 02/26. Worst part of it all, they never apologized or offered to make it right. She just walked away and fed me to the other manager to give me a refund. So now, 2 months before my wedding, I am scrambling to find a printing location who can get this done as soon as possible. PLEASE do not go here for anything important as they completely left me in the dark for my wedding day and could care less. What a piss poor company and I will never recommend this location nor provide them with business ever again. What a nightmare. In hopes some sense is knocked into the people that work here, I'll even name drop the manager I worked with the entire time who got everything wrong, KIM. Thanks for nothing. Update: In addition to the wedding invitation order, I also ordered a large welcome sign. I picked up the completed sign at no charge "as a sorry for all the confusion and chaos that happened" with my order. I appreciated not being charged and was a kind gesture for the absolute nightmare they put me in for an already stressful time. Attached to the sign was a typed note from the store manager apologizing for not being aware of the situation until the end. While I appreciate all the apologies, it still felt like he was blaming it on things outside of their control, which was clearly not the case (such as being told emails 'didn't go through' 3 weeks after the order was placed). Additionally, he did offer to reprint my entire order at no charge, with his supervision of the entire order, if I took my reviews down. That was really the cherry on top of a terrible experience. They do not care about the actual problems I faced at their establishment and would only consider redoing the order once the negative review was removed. That goes to show they could care less about me as a customer but more how they look on the outside as a business. read more

Received my package, which was near the front gate, out of site from my home. It had been raining all day and I had ordered some electronics. When I received a notice by text I hurried to the front gate, which is over a half mile away. The whole box had no protective covering and was soaking wet. I took it home to dry it out and attempted to send a complaint through UPS. You may as well be a Detective to fill out the questionnaire they want you to complete. The box was never opened so I guess Home Depot will get it back because of UPS's blunder. read more

I'm here visiting from Nashville and bought a few things. My NAVAID sent me to this UPS store. Two words describe my experience..."WORLD CLASS"!! It was evident the minute I walked in the door just listening to the employees. They are busting their butts to meet the customers needs while having to wear Kungflu masks. To have to work with customers all day with a constant battle rhythm of questions, gripes and complaints must be hard. Jonny was the guy that assisted me in getting my stuff sent home. He was absolutely AMAZING!!! You can tell that dude busts his ass to help meet the needs of the customer. He is kind, considerate and very professional. Went to drop off an amazon package tried to refuse service to be due to Covid when I'm protected under ADA which they were not at all versed in. Woman tried to push me out of the store so I said scan my package I'll leave so I did package has yet to be scanned and I will never be returning I'll stick to the one on 306 this place has horrible customer service and people have god complexes. read more

I calculated the cost at UPS.com and selected that I will pay at a UPS Store retail location. The cost came out to $42. I got to the store and they wanted $59. I confirmed the dimensions, weight, etc and no dice. To make it worse they would not honor the price I was quoted. She just looked at me like the computer was in control and she couldn't be a reasonable human being. What is the point of the online calculator if the price isn't going to match when I get there? And why can't the store at the very least match the quote that UPS said the store would charge. Waste of my time. read more

Believe the good reviews. I have used this store dozens of times with very good experiences each time. Yesterday I had to do a presentation for work and needed some brochures last minute. I tried the FedEx store near where I live thinking this was a very simple task and should take just a few minutes. I got nothing but runaround and after about 20 minutes I was finally told they cannot print anything from a link, and I needed to download the brochure onto a flash drive. (!!!) I called this UPS store who said of course we can print from a link which I promptly emailed them, and within minutes I had 100 nicely printed and folded brochures. The manager also emailed me and said they were ready and what the price would be. Need I say more? This place is the best. read more

Went to UPS in Spring Branch. Johnny was helping another customer load their vehicle with packages and he saw me leaving (realized I had forgot my mask). I told him I would be right back had to run back home to get my mask. He was kind enough to take my return in to the store for me and bring me out a receipt. The staff was able to explain to me what I needed, because I knew what I wanted but didn't know how to explain it. My transaction was handle from start to finish with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude. I appreciate the time that was taken with me, even though it probably took more time than usual.
