I've had cookies and bars other places near me that are GF/DF and not dry...the only difference I can think of is that I was able to get those items fresh, whereas with these being on the shelf, maybe was the difference. Chocolate Chip Cookies - good flavor, crumbly Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies - good flavor, crumbly Oatmeal Cream Pie - dry and too sweet for me Buckeye Donut - delightful flavor, very dense and a lot of icing, but I know that kept it on the moist side. Sticky Bun - great flavor, but dry on the inside as well after heating up. 6 Layer Bar - too too sweet for me Salted Carmel Cookie Bar - too sweet for me What I'll probably do next time is order some of the items ahead of time and pick them up day of.
