It was just very impersonal. However, the wines were exceptional again, and we bought even more to take home. The restaurant area and bar areas are cozy. We had good service. Well here she's slicing super thin about 4 times!!! Then I asked for another same order and she sliced a different color cheese and goes on to say it's the same cheese. I had to show her the two cheese were different color. It took her about 35 minutes going back and forth. Then my 15.99 per pound honey glaze turkey was thick and heavy! Great job HT! At the customers expense. I was late to an appointment and missed it. Stop with this kind of hiring. You're not cheap and we deserve good service. Hope Corporate sees this.
