I've never tried these mini cakes, although they send me a coupon for a complimentary mini cake each year for my birthday, but for whatever reason I never pick up my cakes, and I don't know why I am on their email list, because I usually am not a fan of very sweet cakes like this. I've been missing out though, because I recently tried a red velvet bundt cake and it was very good. I was at a networking event and they had a catered lunch. The desserts were a nice assortment of mini bundt cakes. I liked that each cake was packaged in it's own container. I took mine home and I was surprised that I loved it as much as I did. I was hoping for a lemon but those went fast, but my red velvet was moist and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. I highly recommend. read more

Been there a few times and always delicious. I tried the new monthly flavor, which was Biscoff cookie butter, which was delicious, but I have to say my favorite flavor is still the red velvet or the lemon. But they are the perfect size for one person. The bundles is $6 . Staff is always very friendly , highly recommend. And if you sign up for the rewards program every time you buy when you get points so buy like the sixth one you buy you get a free one and they also send you a free one for your birthday. read more

Wow! I tried the Snickers cake and it was absolutely amazing. Rich chocolate cake layered with Snickers pieces, plus caramel on top--so delicious! The lady behind the counter was wonderful with the service and helped me with what I wanted. I got two mini bundts, which were white chocolate raspberry and strawberries and cream. Worst customer service ever! Ordered online 2 buntelett as 2 for 1 today March 22. When I got there they had no order. I showed the young woman that I had been charged for them $7.96 and she said that did not prove anything. After a few minutes of going back and forth, I said never mind and I will order 2 more and will deal with credit card company later. I had receia wrong order. Being very new to order through Grub Hub I was so upset because I couldn't speak to a person. I called the bakery and Kimberly helped me. She not only fixed my order, she apologized (like a true professional) AND said "we're going to make this right!" She called me to tell me my order went out, and will call me when its delivered! She is amazing! She not only made it right she sent me a HUGE cake AND 3 smaller cakes! My delivery guy was the worst part, he insisted the order (first one) was mine and practically pushed into my hands! I told him it was wrong order and it even had a different name on receipt! Attempted to buy 4 mini Bundt cakes as a gift for a friend. The server threw them in a plain paper bag and I asked for a box instead (there were multiple boxes on the counter right behind her.) i wish i could give zero stars are you kidding me?! i just left in tears. i innocently misunderstood the coupon used and requested a partial refund. after waiting over ten minutes for help caleb refused to tell me if there was a manager on site. crystal refused to tell me her make she she was probably the most condescending and rude person i've ever met. there was no manager there and no one to help me. after being in the store for 20 minutes i begged crystal to give me the cakes i paid for so that i could just leave and she ignored my tearful requests five times until i had to grab the cakes myself and take my receipt out of her hand. i have never in my 39 years of living been thru anything like this! i used to find here for all of my celebrations! you could pay me to ever return!!! read more
