I absolutely love their cakes. My first time trying them was when I bought the white chocolate raspberry cake for my dad's birthday. It was so moist. I hate cream cheese icing, but there's didn't taste like pure cream cheese, it was really sweet but smoothe. I had the strawberries and cream, but that one was a bit dryer. So fluffy and delicious! I'm not a huge fan of being overwhelmed by layers and layers of sugary frosting, so one of these mini bundt cakes was a perfect substitute for a normal cake slice. The cake was moist and delicious, definite score. read more

The employees are always very nice. (At this location as well as the store on White Bridge Rd.) My favorites are White Chocolate and Pecan Praline! My husband likes the Strawberry. I recently tried Carrot and was disappointed. The icing was amazing but the cake was dry and did not have a great taste. NBC is still one of my faves and I will definitely return! I just won't be getting the carrot flavor any more. read more

WOW. Amazing cakes the lemon bundt cake is to die for. I could get very addicted to those things.

The food here is wonderful. The staff however, seems to suffer from a lack of solid management. The manager I spoke to, Lauryn, was rude to me, and to her staff, multiple times. I was also told my wait was due to a lack of staff, and yet the manager wandered around aimlessly; staring languidly at the display racks. I think I can see why they are short on staff. If this is the closest location to you, I would say it is worth the extra driving to make it to another store. It is hard to want to support a business that doesn't value its employees or customers beyond the obligatory. read more
