I really wanted to like Crumbl, it's a giant cookie! What's not to like? The server who helped me was less than enthusiastic. I was ordering a dozen and when I asked for a recap of my order, she seemed put out, maybe annoyed that I hadn't arrived with an order written out. (It was a spur of the moment stop). She did a nice job of icing and prepping the cookies once prepared. The cookies were okay, but just okay. Not the best I've had and it seems like "BIG" is their thing. I brought them to a party and folks sampled them and all seemed pretty happy. They are pretty pricey for okay cookies. Crumbl - this is my 2nd visit ever and first at this location. We we were very pleased with the quality and flavor, nothing quite like it - currently in a sugar coma. It's a special week with the Kardashian (cringe) cookies, and man they were slammed. We ordered and split two - the Cookie Dough and Cookies + Cream Skillet. The Skillet was apparently the most popular bc they were all out and baking more, letting us all know it would be a 10 minute wait or giving us the option to order another instead (which we appreciated the option), decided to wait on it. They gave it to us straight out the oven but did not add the cream scoops on top, we noticed in the car when about to leave and went back in to request it. They said they were worried it would melt since it was so hot, which we understood and they then offered it on the side. We also had to ask for the chocolate drizzle. I would have been fine to wait for it to be made properly, it was awkward going back in and asking then asking again for the drizzle, but we are so glad we did bc it really made the cookie! While I loved them both, the cookie & cream is an absolutely MUST try, I hope they keep it or offer it again! Really good cookies when you're in the mood for an indulgent treat. The cookies are relatively large, always quite sweet, and with some creative flavor options. The smaller cookies that are on display are only for catering when you order large quantities. The regular cookies are definitely large enough to share with someone else--but I always eat the whole thing myself! Admittedly the cookies are a little pricey. But they're also decadent and delicious. I have found that at times they can be a little dry, but that's probably mostly about timing. The Waffle cookie I had today was really good, though quite dry out toward the edges. I was a little surprised that the "maple syrup" they provided with this clever cookie was really "table syrup" that consisted of corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup along with coloring and artificial flavoring. But I can't really complain that the syrup was basically garbage ingredients when I'm indulging on a couple big, sweet cookies! The Iced Oatmeal cookie was also a bit dry, especially at the edges. The flavor was good overall without overpowering sweetness. It didn't really strike me as having much in the way of actual oats or oatmeal flavor, but it was a good sweet treat all the same. The staff is generally friendly, though often it feels like for most of them it is their first day on the job and they're a little confused. But you'll likely forget about that the moment you get your cookies and have your first sweet bite. read more

Crumbl has to be a near perfect name for a cookie company. I think that's about as good as it's going to get for them. I've ordered at other locations. I recently ordered a 6-pack at the Franklin location. Perhaps the best thing was that Paul Hollywood and Pru weren't there when I got them home. Underbaked. Soggy bottom. Someone should have left the tent. I replaced them with Costco cookies in a plastic container and was happier with the results. read more

Staff was friendly, but not overly helpful for newbies. I guess they assume everyone has been there before. The cookies were good and large. You can easily share. The place was clean and moving along quickly. The sugar overload was a bit much, but that's kind of what people assume going in before they go to Crumbl. Be sure to check the cookies of the week before going because they change them. I didn't love the choices for that week, but that's probably how they keep you coming back! read more

DON'T GO! I didn't read the reviews first and paid the price. My office is near this location and I frequently get lunches and other food items for our team in this area. One morning at work I thought it would be a good idea to have something nice brought in for the team. I physically went to the shop while I was out and asked if they would be able to do 10 Dozen cookies. I would need them in about four hours. A girl with short hair told me normally they would need more advanced notice but yes they could do that for me today. If they would've told me they could not do it it would've been fine. After all I was just walking in and asking the question not expecting much. I could've just driven across the street to a store and gotten something but money wasn't an object so I wanted to get the team a nice afternoon pick me up. I thanked the girl and I asked her if I could go ahead and order. She told me that I couldn't order with her in the store and I need to place the order on the app. It seemed inconvenient since I was standing there but that was fine. While standing there I download the app. I told her I was going to stay there to do it so I made sure I did it right. It took some time to do all this but again I thought the team would like it so it was worth it. As I'm adding my order to the app it stopped me. I call the girl over and tell her it wasn't letting me complete my order. That's when she told me there was a limit to how many dozen you can order online and I would have to do three separate orders. She showed me how to do this. This obviously was not going to be the most convenient thing given I had to do an expense report but again I thought the inconvenience was worth it. After I had placed three separate orders like she showed me I went back to the office and I sent out an email telling the team how much we appreciated them and we were having crumble cookies brought in. When I went to pick them up everyone still look just as frantic as they had when was there before. A few minutes later the same short haired girl came and told me that they could only give me eight dozen cookies, not my full order. I told her I had to have them because I was having an event. She told me she couldn't help it, they were short staffed and running out of cookies. She then told me I should not have been able to even order that many on the app. I was SHOCKED. I reminded her that it was her who showed me how to circumvent the system to order more than it allowed otherwise I would've never even known that. And it was also her that told me they would absolutely be able to complete that order. She just looked at me and shrugged and said "like I said we're short staffed and I don't have these cookies". These were cookies I had already paid for, left gratuity on, everything. I told her I had already paid for them on my corporate AMEX. She said she would just refund my card. Refunds on our corporate AMEX cards are a huge hassle for the finance team and require special documentation. I told her I would have to have a receipt for that transaction to which she acted agitated because she was busy. I walked out slightly panicked wondering how I was going to tell some people they weren't getting anything when I remembered that Nothing Bundt Cake was in the same complex. I rushed over there because of course now I was running behind and as soon as I walked in everyone was immediately polite and friendly. The gentleman at the counter seem to be in charge of the shop and I told him what I had just experienced at Crumbl and asked if there was anyway he could get me Bundt cakes to offset the missing crumble cookies. They were so incredibly nice. He was very polite and just shook his head in dismay and said I was not the first person to talk to him with issues and that yes they can absolutely help me. Not only did they give me enough Bundt cakes for my event they gave me coupons for my entire staff to come and get a buntlet and he gave me a catering package with information about how they could do any event or special occasion needed. I was blown away at the difference in these two places just right across the street from each other. When I had the event I was happy at how many people preferred Nothing Bundt cakes because they said the Crumbl cookies were so sweet that they would hurt their teeth. I wish I had that hindsight I would've just gone to nothing Bundt cake. That will now be our event vendor of choice and I will never step back into a crumble cookie personally or professionally ever again.
