One of my favorite spots to order from for cakes! First of all, these cakes are INCREDIBLE! Literally so moist and delicious. For my husband's birthday, I ordered him the special month flavor of strawberry cheesecake. I ordered it online and was able to go in a few days later to pick it up. It was a hot day in Vegas and I was so eager because I had my dogs with me. I didn't want to leave them in the car so I brought them inside, which is something I NEVER do. But I felt bad leaving them in the car even with it running for just a few moments for me to run in. I was worried the staff would be upset, but they were SOOO nice and helped me right away. They even gave my dogs pets haha. The girl that brought me out my cake walked me to the door too to get the door for me. So nice of her! It's most impressive that the cakes are so so fresh and not at all dry, from the little Bundt cakes to a full sized one. I had wanted to try all the flavors I can so I got size small sized cakes and one large sized chocolate chocolate chip and they were all so moist and so good. The sweetness level is also really well balanced and not at all cloying which I enjoyed. A stand out favorite is the Red Velvet which tasted like actual red velvet and not red dyed. We stopped by today to pick up our New Year's Eve cake with light drizzle and decorations and were told it would take about 10 minutes, which was totally reasonable. Unfortunately, the order hadn't been entered into the system, so it was overlooked and not being prepared. Teri caught the issue and let us know it would take a bit longer. In total, we waited about 31 minutes. She was very apologetic and offered a complimentary cupcake, which we appreciated. Still, the delay was frustrating, especially since we arrived right when the store opened and there were no other customers. We also had a previous mix-up at this location on Christmas Eve when we ordered red velvet and received chocolate instead, requiring another trip back to the store. This was a store in person order not an online pick up. We can in right after they just opened so the store location wasn't busy, at all. Nothing Bundt Cakes has always been part of our family celebrations, but we hope this location can improve consistency and order accuracy. Teri handled the situation well. read more

This was my first experience ordering from Nothing Bundt Cakes on Eastern Avenue, and it will likely be my last. Only half of my order was delivered. When I called the store to find out what happened, the employee who answered the phone, Mya, told me that the driver had forgotten to take the other half of the order. I then asked for a refund, but she told me they couldn't issue a refund for the portion of the order that was never delivered. That made no sense and was incredibly frustrating. There was no apology, no effort to make the situation right, and no manager available to help resolve the issue. The lack of customer service and concern for a paying customer was disappointing. A missing order is one thing--mistakes happen. But the way this situation was handled showed a complete lack of customer care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. read more

I was attending a 4th of July BBQ and wanted to bring a dessert and knew a Bundt would be the perfect thing. I ordered through the App for the first time, and it was super easy. When ordered the day before, I wanted to confirm their holiday hours, so called the store. The female on the phone was very friendly so I knew the experience was going to be a good one. You chose your pick up time and it was ready when I arrived. The store is cute and they sell some gift items like candles and mugs. Went here today for the 1st time. Simply asked the staff to explain the price differences in the cakes. Ordered 6 minis, and asked for a fork. I then put a dollar in the tip jar at which point she (Stephanie) says to the only other staff helping the only other customer there, "All of THAT for a dollar!" I immediately felt panicked and said I guess out of stupidity and the pressure of being bullied, "oh I'm so sorry!" And put another dollar in the jar. I leave and sat in my car, feeling sad and also confused. I got to thinking all she did in reality was put 6 tiny pre-packages cakes in a small bag and a plastic fork. I was wondering how much Stephanie feels is appropriate for a tip? So I went back in and gave her another 5$ bill. This was a splurge for myself and my husband (hence the 1st time to the store). If there is a tip "requirement" it should be posted on the door so people can make better choices, and not have to face public shaming and bullying for an inappropriate tip. I mean, many positions do much more in a fast-paced environment, for no tip. Grocery store clerks, gas station clerks... order online or go to another location, or bring a big tip with no expectation of gratitude. read more

She even mentioned the limited addition Bundt cakes. It's always clean and nice a cool. They have the cutest decorations and everything you need for a cake or cupcake. Just ask they are the sweetest. By the way I tried the snickers Bundt cake and it's AMAZING!! Must try!!! I've tried the red velvet, the classic, the confetti and the lemon and I have to say I love them all it just really depends how sweet you want it. The classic is always like the less sweet. I will say the red velvet and the Snickers are a little bit more on the sweeter side and the frosting is a hit or miss some people absolutely love it because of the sweetness and then some people think it's a little too much, so just keep that in mind when you're picking your flavors. I usually go to Freed's but I recently went and spent a lot there for my daughters sweet 16 and honestly their cake was nothing to write home about. Nothing Bundt Cakes always hits the spot, it's moist, delicious and they put the perfect amount of icing. Bonus if you sign up for their email you get a free bundlet (their mini cakes) typically $5 it's a nice little bonus. The service is fast and friendly. The cakes have so many options and are so pretty and tasty. JUST DO IT and order from here; it will meet or exceed your expectations for the price range. $75 for a two-tiered cake that serves up to 26 or 28 people is not too bad at all in my opinion since sheet cakes other places often go for at least $50 and aren't nearly as pretty as these. read more
