My friends and I chose 2 pastries each and our favorites ended up being the pear, blueberry and cherries. I contacted Ruth through her website and she got back to me really quick to confirm everything I wanted on the cake and the price. I paid for the cake in advance on Venmo. Ruth even sent me a follow up email to confirm we had no allergies before she made the cake. I arrived at her home to pick up the cake and she had the cake ready. I actually had brought cash with me as I completely forgot that I already paid her the week before on Venmo. As we were socially distancing and it was a swift transaction, she contacted me by email after to let me know that I had double paid her and Venmo me back my money. I was really touched that she was so honest to let me know as I completely spaced out about the situation. I was so busy setting up my son's party I Way overpaid for the cake at that point. The cake was magnificent and everything I could have wanted and more. It was a party for two, with just me and my son. I ate this entire cake over a course of 5 days. I'm not even kidding.
