Very beautiful coffee & bakery atmosphere with comfortable modern dining areas inside and out open with casino inside M resort. Some pastries and Gelato options. However, it may not be so "sit down to enjoy your coffee with pastry" system. All their food and drinks are only served in to-go disposable container and latte art is not an option to request.

Amazing pastries and coffee but their chicken in their chicken Caesar Salad is dry, chewy and flavorless. The dressing isn't bad but I had to eat the salad and put the chicken aside and throw it away. Not worth the price; I'll stick to their pasties and coffee only during my stay at M.

What's not to love about 24/7 deliciousness? The fruit tart I experienced was outstanding and I watched others enjoy the gelato, strawberry cupcake and chocolate croissant. Mint tea was good. Husband liked his coffee. Glad to have had this as an option for our stay at the M.

My friend's & I popped into here the other night on our way out of the M. Our friend Robert had $200 in casino credit to spend so we got to choose what we wanted. The shop is set up nicely, looked clean & nicely decorated for the holidays. I wouldn't suggest this place for big groups as there isn't much seating. The desserts' are so, so, so pretty to look @. I ended up getting an apple danish that sadly had no taste to it. It wasn't even sweet. I was very disappointed in this. I did grab a turkey sandwich to take to work with me & I was very impressed with it. It is HUGE, the bread was soft, it comes with tomato slices on the side, field greens (not my fav for a sandwich...give me some iceberg), pepperoncini & a mayo like spread with seasoning in it.....not sure what that was but it was actually good. The turkey wasn't dried, tasted fresh & had cheese on it. Man, they stuff that bread full of turkey it was hard to get a bite of out it. It was very tasty & worth the expensive price due to how much meat they put in them. I would definitely come back for one of these. Robert picked up some raw pasta with sauce that they sell, it's almost like a little gift shop area on one side. The girl working the counter wasn't the friendliest but was patient after we got up to the counter & found out that we could add more stuff onto our bill as Robert still had some money to spend & we had her grab some desserts. Place is open 24 hours. I'd definitely come back for another sandwich & maybe try a different dessert.

While I'm town visiting family and going to the Brandy & Monica concert, we decided to try a new breakfast spot that was recommended by a couple people. When we arrived, the place was packed but we didn't have to wait no more than 5 minutes to be seated. The staff was friendly, attentive and making sure we were enjoying our experience. The food was fresh and tantalizing. I stayed with a basic breakfast where as my wife and daughter were the adventurous ones trying unique and colorful pancakes. Overall we have a great time enjoying great food. Will check out this place again when back in town.

Tried their pastries for gifts and for breakfast as referred by a family friend. Located inside M Resort, this is an artisan bakery with pastries and light selections along with coffee menu. The place has a couple of table inside and outside for customers to enjoy their food and drinks and since it is in a fancy resort (its the HQ hotel for Raiders) it looks fancy in the inside too. Although the front staff was nice, there is a disconnect. I got the berry Neapolitan, and the hubby had the cappuccino. He said that the drink was nice but mine was rock solid frozen. I admit it was pretty and delicate looking but not edible for now for a pastry. That's the thing tho... the lady at the counter didnt give me a warning that it was stone cold. Talk about profit vs. service. Figured, i'd eat it later....and I did. Had it after 5 hours and it was not totally thawed. I can taste ice crystals inside the cream which is no bueno... and then I bit into something hard, really hard! I spit it out and it was a hard candy sugar cube?!? Eeww... Anyhoo, that was a dud and lesson learned that not all referrals are a sure win.

The most delicious almond croissant I have ever had! A perfect compliment for a mocha latte and they have almond milk!!!! The service was great the team was patient and kind. They were joyful and it appeared they really loved their job and were working in unison. The area was cute and I will be returning tomorrow morning to send emails and order the same thing!

During my stay at the M Resort and Spa, I visited Baby Cakes, and I must say, I love the look of this place. I ordered a slice of the Banana Walnut Pound Cake and an Americano coffee. Both of these items were incredible. The cake was fresh, moist, thick, and fluffy. My coffee was freshly made and perfectly served. The staff handled these items with great care and were courteous and friendly. The place has a great vibe. I love it!!!

Located in the M Resort this is the go-to place for morning coffee, afternoon ice cream and pastries. Pastries were good and they have a lot of options. Coffee was fine, nothing special. Typically a long line in the morning to plan accordingly!

Who doesn't enjoy a 24/7 cafe, especially when in Vegas? Being able to grab and go or take a seat and enjoy at any time of your choosing is what makes a hotel stay super convenient. The cafe had quite a variety of offerings but I opted for the blueberry muffin and it was divine. Perfect texture, consistency and blueberry to batter ratio with thick sprinkles of sugar crumble on top, yum! Service was fine. Ambiance was quick and easy and available all day or night. Update: came back to try the gelato and grab an iced coffee!

This place is a dessert excellence. Just look at the photos, the cakes are like eye candy. The hard to find Black Forest Cake was delicious. Situated near the slots machines so it's a great place to relax after gambling.

This place might actually have the most consistently good food in M Resort, and I'm only talking about the frozen dessert. Baby Cakes is a coffee and sweets shop located between the lobby and the casino floor of M Resort. I was feeling a bit peckish in the late afternoon and decided to stop by, and the gelato actually didn't look awful. Unlike in some older business photos, the flavors weren't piled in unseemly mounds, and only the mint chip was obviously chock-full of food coloring. I got a few samples, including mango and apple cinnamon, but quickly picked out my flavors after one of the employees broke consecutive sample spoons. I got a double scoop of gelato ($7.95), which turned out to be a pretty huge dessert. They actually portion it as a few small scoops of each flavor, which fills out the paper container more evenly. The raspberry is a bit stabilizer-heavy but ate smoothly as a result, and it did taste fine. The coffee wasn't the most richly flavored either, and it felt a bit icy in mouthfeel (not just ice crystals, but evenly throughout), but I enjoyed it. Since I was using a $10 M Resort dining credit, I didn't feel like adding on any items. However, my cashier was extremely nice to offer me a bag of chips ($1.50) to use up the remainder of the credit. It was Lay's. I didn't taste it yet. I've gone to this casino regularly as of late, so I'll consider hitting up Baby Cakes for a convenient frozen dessert fix. I wouldn't go out of your way for the gelato, but if you're here already, then try out a few flavors and maybe place an order. I might eventually consider looking into the various pastries, in case they're actually halfway decent, or trying a coffee; FYI, I saw an "illy" logo on a cold brew coffee machine behind the counter.

We just got a Dutch apple pie from Baby Cakes that was very disappointing. It was very dry and barely had any apples in it at all. The pie was basically all crumbs and crust. I'm attaching two photos. One photo is a picture of a proper Dutch apple pie with lots of apples in it. The other photo is the pie that we got from Baby Cakes. Can you see any apples in it? Maybe it was just a bad day for the pie baker? UPDATE: The manager from Baby Cakes posted to thank me for my review above. She acknowledged that the pie was sub-par, and yet did not offer to replace it. The manager invited me to give them another chance but I don't think that I will do that. If you agree that a product is defective, the vendor should offer a substitute product in its place. This is simply good business.

We ordered the Ube Cake online, and the slice hit the spot perfectly. The cake looked beautiful - nice tall layers of soft, moist purple ube sponge cake with thick white cream filling, a creamy yellow custard-style center, and finished with whipped cream on top. The ube flavor was well-balanced: that signature nutty, earthy sweetness without being overly sweet. I've had great home-cooked Filipino ube desserts before. While this is clearly a fusion bakery version, it still captured the comforting, celebratory vibe that ube brings to Filipino tables. It reminded me of the festive sweets you'd find at family gatherings or parties back in my wifes home country. The online ordering was convenient, but the pickup instructions could have been better. The pickup area is on the same side as the drink pickup, which caused a little confusion during a busy time. Service was otherwise fast and friendly, the bakery was clean and well-stocked, and prices are reasonable for the portion size. If you're in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and looking for a quick ube fix or any of their other Asian- and Filipino-inspired pastries, this spot is worth a stop. The ube cake was definitely the highlight for me. Would definitely grab another slice next time I'm craving something purple and delicious!

There are plenty of seats indoors and out, so that shouldn't be too much of an issue. And water is self service as well. * Raclette Galette $15.99 - This gluten-free buckwheat crepe is served with raclette cheese, sunny side up egg, potatoes, bacon and ham. I love a buckwheat crepe and there's actually a place in town that I just love their version. At Le Cafe Du Val, they do prefer to cook theirs a little more on the softer side which I didn't realize. After a bite or two, I went and asked if this was typically how their galette is cooked. It was confirmed that yes, they do prefer it softer. They offered to remake mine which I initially declined but they insisted as they wanted me to be happy with it. So I agreed. I still found their version decent, but not exceptional. * Short Ribs Shakshouka $17.99 - This was on their Specials menu and was served with 7 pieces of baguette slices. It was good. * Melba Crepe $13.99 - It's a sweet crepe that's topped with poached peach, wild berry sauce, and whipped cream. Edited to say: Saying it was near closing is not true my daughter had a dress rehearsal and I could look up the exact time but I'm pretty sure I dropped her off before 5:30 PM and that is not your closing time and the waitress did say to me she had to ask you and I told her just forget it. I did not think it was OK for someone to say let me go ask the chef she should've just said that they would fix it but she didn't. She said they had to ask first and I am not lying about that which is another reason I will not return because now I had to see your response and go in here and edit it. And I just checked and her rehearsal started at 5:15 PM and I came in I would say maybe five or 10 minutes after that so that is not closing time.
