I saw there was a biscoff and cosmic brownie bundt cake available. I HAD to try them! I dropped in and got one of each. The cosmic brownie definitely nailed the flavor. I do however, think it may have been a bit better with their traditional frosting. But it was a good chocolate cake. And included SPRINKLES!! I love a good cake with sprinkles. I kind of wish more of their cakes had sprinkles. The biscoff cake was DELICIOUS. The cake was slightly spiced like the cookies and the frosting was perfect. You have biscoff cookies all around and throughout the cake. If you are like me and love biscoff, you can't go wrong. I wish they would keep this one on the menu permanently, it is REALLY good! Nothing Bundt Cakes is an amazing bakery in Henderson. You'll find them on Sunset and Galleria Drive, by the Galleria at Sunset Mall near Macy's, next to Wally Wombats. There's plenty of parking, however the lot can get pretty packed during peak hours. Inside is a cute little shop with soft background music. They offer a variety of cake flavors, and their cakes come in four sizes: full-sized bundt cakes (8-inch and 10-inch), individual bundtlets, and small bite-sized bundtinis by the dozen. They have Signature Assortment bundtinis that's ready to grab and go. It includes chococolate chocolate chip, lemon, red velvet, and white chocolate raspberry. There's Seasonal Assortment bundtinis with flavors like confetti, strawberries & cream, oreo cookies & cream, and whatever the current seasonal flavor is (such as Biscoff Cookie Butter). Plus, you can request for bundtini decorations. They even sell adorable merchandise and party supplies. I found some home and kitchen goods like mugs, tumblers, dish towel, and table runners, as well as wine glass, decorative platter, trinket tray, and beer can glass. If hosting a special celebration, there's party decor for helium balloons, banners, birthday crowns, cake stand, cake piñata, and mini vases. I wanted to try a carrot cake bundtini, but since they only sell them by the dozen as a custom assortment and made to order, it will take about 15 to 20 minutes to make. Banana Prepared with Nutella Bundtlet: Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) has become one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I especially enjoy their individual sized "Bundtlets". One of their recent "popup" flavors for late spring was the brand-new Banana Prepared with Nutella available from 5/18-5/31/26 (extended at some locations). Opening the container, the cake itself had a yellow/golden color and a sweet aroma with hints of chocolate, hazelnut, and cream cheese. The official description was listed as "A banana cake filled with NUTELLA® and crowned with our signature cream cheese frosting, drizzled with NUTELLA® and adorned with a banana chip". As usual, the texture was superb, with one of the best aspects of their cakes being the exceptional moistness of them. As for the flavor of the cake, just like the previously released Banana Pudding cake, my taste buds only got a vanilla/generically sweet flavor from the cake. Trust me, from a guy that makes banana bread and pancakes, NBC's offering has zero banana flavor. While disappointing, I expected this because of my past experience. I still purchased this as I just wanted a Nutella Bundtlet. I've also come to an understanding with NBC's definition of "filled" regarding their Bundtlets, like my lowered expectations for the banana flavor, I knew what I was getting. Yes, technically the center is filled, but it is by no means stuffed with Nutella. I only got one big bite out of the center, but man was it worth it. Especially when combined with the dollop of cream cheese frosting. The amount of Nutella drizzled on the surface of the cake was much more adequate than the filling and provided plenty of chocolate hazelnut flavor. Lastly, the banana chip did not really contribute anything other than aesthetics as it's too small and gets overpowered by everything else going on. In short, this is Doughboy approved as a Nutella cake, but avoid if you're hoping for banana flavor or expect it to have a core completely stuffed with Nutella. I preordered an 8 inch Bundt cake and a seasonal flavored Bundtlet on their website and came in to pick up. I was worried that they'd be too busy with Christmas orders, that's why I preordered and didn't just come into the shop. Walking in, the shop is super cute! I didn't know they had kitchenware and other decorative items for sale, as well as the Bundt cakes. I feel like I've had a lot of Nothing Bundt Cakes but have never been inside one of the stores until now. It was pretty crowded inside, but they had all of the Bundtlets and they had people ordering the larger format ones as well. I didn't have to do the preorder but I'm glad I did. When I walked in the gentlemen working immediately greeted me and was very kind and inviting. This was night and day compared to how many places treat you when you come in with a birthday offer, it made my morning! I opted for the Carrot bundlet and the gentleman explained that it had pineapple in it, which I was totally fine with, but it was nice that he checked. I had a couple errands to run, but it was still pretty cool (they refrigerate them) by the time I got home. The bundtlets here are the perfect size for a treat. The cake is so moist and was packed with the delicious spices you'd expect in a carrot cake. I personally could not pick out the pineapple taste, it seemed to more just give it moisture. So if you are pineapple adverse, I think you'd still enjoy it. Their cream cheese frosting is devine , as always. The ratios on the bundlets are better than their full size cakes, in my opinion. Yummy, yum, yum!!! My daughter introduced me to this place back in Texas, and I've been hooked ever since. Their Bundt cakes are so good... Fresh, Flavorful, Moist, and Delicious are just a few words to describe them. I always get they Bundtlets because they are the perfect portion size for one person. Sometimes I eat the whole Bundtlet, and sometimes I eat half and save the other half for later. Either way, the Bundtlets make a great treat. You can also give them away as gifts for just about any occasion. I have a hard time choosing one favorite, but my go-to choices are Carrot, Lemon, and Strawberries and Cream. Tried this place for the first time after craving cake for a long time and I'm not that much of a cake fan but this place *chef kiss* I ordered the assorted box with multiple flavors for curbside pickup 30 min before and it was ready right when I got there! Only downside was me having to get off with my baby after placing a curbside pickup because they didn't have any actual curbside parking spots but it wasn't that big of a deal.
