Seriously!! My family wanted to try this place so I went in after waiting in line, with my mask on. I had to call my family to tell them the flavors, since we haven't ever been there. (that meant taking the mask off my mouth so they could understand me) I was told I needed to put my mask over my mouth while trying to talk on the phone! How can they tell what I'm saying? I had been ordering cakes from this location for a while now and had never had any issues before. Service was always very friendly and the people there were very helpful. Today was the day that the service was so poor that I will never return to this location again. The person helping me, an older lady, was extremely rude when I was trying to pick up a birthday cake for my dad. She asked on two separate occasions if I had already paid for the cake even though it was an online order and you cannot place an online order without paying for the cake first. She then also stated that the name I gave her was not the correct name the cake was under even though it was clearly the same name I gave. Then when she gave me the cake, she didn't put it in front of me but rather left it far away on the counter. And then she just told me, "you can go now." I used to love this place. Had my first from the Walnut Creek store when my mom brought home some from work. So excited to see one near us and we bought some in April that were really good. But sadly we're disappointed in the recent quality of the cakes. Found out that they only make one flavor a day and the girl didn't know what they make on any given day. (I just work here mentality).
