OMG!! To say these cookies are good is such a disservice. These are an experience that I'm happy I've now tried. You know what, I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt since they're still brand new so they are still learning the ropes. Service- I think it's fine. The employees were approachable. I got 4 cookies. Total came out to $17.99 I believe for the 4 cookies. Plus my drink, so my total ended up being over $25. My sugar cookie tasted extremely mushy in the middle. I suspected it was still raw. Therefore, I couldn't eat it due to fear of getting sick. The cookies and cream one was fine. A little overly sweet for my liking. I didn't enjoy the strawberry cookie. The cookie tasted more of a cake batter and the jelly inside tasted weird, with it being hot. Surprisingly, my favorite was the German chocolate cookie, and I'm not a big chocolate person. Our family came here for the first time a couple days ago. There were 7 of us total and the place was already busy when we arrived. There was only 1 worker at the time of our visit and his name was Charles. It was a busy Sunday night and Charles handled everyone's requests calmly and professionally and was kind throughout the entire process. He was welcoming, friendly, and patient with us while we tried to decide what we wanted since we had never been before. The shop was small but clean. We ordered a variety of desserts and everything was delicious. They offer a variety of cookies, brownies, waffle/cheesecake bites, cinnamon rolls, milkshakes, dirty sodas, etc. with rotating flavors. They also have a rewards program you can join. We now prefer this chain over Crumbl. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area! read more

Cookies were super sweet but the ice cream helped balance the sweetness. The place is very small, no indoor seating at all. Everything will have to be take out which I don't mind. It was so dirty inside too, which explains the name I guess. I figured the cookies would make up for the bad service, but they were literally raw inside. I was scared to eat them. I called to let the owner know I was unhappy and again he was suuuuper rude. He said "I guess I can comp you? But let me explain to you how we bake them" but even if he explains how he bakes them, that doesn't fix the fact that eating these cookies is literally dangerous. Heard about this place online and wanted to give it shot! The different kinds of cookies looked incredible! They have classic cookies that they alway keep on the menu and then have weekly cookies that they switch up. There's also a lot drinks and shakes they offer which I thought was really cool. Excellent customer service! The staff was really nice and friendly. I got a box of 4 and brought it home to share with my family! Everyone loved it! Today is the grand opening and I went to get my kids a cookie. I was waiting got two things cookie, and cookie with ice cream. I was the only one in there waiting. A couple comes in and they offer them a free cookie! I was FLABBERGASTED!!! The lady on the register offered it to them and said it's because of our Grand Opening. Excited about this new place. I LOVE cookies. I definitely went here at the wrong time, around 8:30pm when I was got off work. I placed a mobile order before I left and when I got there, there was an evening rush that they definitely were not prepared for. My order contained 2 chocolate chip cookies, 1 smirk, and 1 brookie. They told me that it would be about a 30-40 minute wait for the chocolate chip cookies. Since I was bringing them home and chocolate chip is the most classic cookie, I agreed to wait and ordered a butterscotch brew while I waited. The dirty soda was 5/5. I waited patiently, but I didn't get my order called for about 50 minutes. When my order was called, they let me know that the brookie would be another 30 minutes or so. I told them to just exchange it for a cookies and cream cookie because I was tired at this point and at least had the 2 chocolate chip. When I got home and tried a slice of each cookie, the smirk and cookies and cream were pretty good, but the chocolate chip cookies were nearly raw in the middle. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be like that, the ovens were failing, or maybe they felt rushed and pulled them too early. I was disappointed I waited that long for them. If I had known that I had to wait for 3 of the 4 cookies I ordered for over an hour, and 2 of those would be raw, I probably would have tried cancelling my order. I want to stress the employees were trying their best, but just were not set up for the rush of people they got.
