I LOVE NBC. But this location is slousy. I live closer to the Hendersonville location and they are a 100 outta 10! Love them. Actually all the other locations I've been to have been great! So for starters I've been a member to get emails coupons points etc for years. So I go like once a week after work and grab bundtlets. They come with a specific amount of icing which is the perfect amount! Chefs kiss. The mt Juliet location for some reason is the ONLY NBC that has these thin lines of icing. I mean less than half of what is pictured and what is expected. I ordered online so I already paid and didn't feel like getting a refund because I was getting these for my mother. The lady who was working was underwhelmed to see me as well lol. I won't be back to this location I just hate for this to be someone's first and only impression of nothin Bundt cakes... it'll definitely set the tone for a mediocre bakery. Open for pick up and delivery options. Soon to be open to the public?! Heading home from ANOTHER drive around town to just get out and about. We saw the Nothing Bundt Cakes curbside tent was out and decided to pop-in for a quick sugar rush. Their system is simple; the phone number is printed in large font on a piece of paper in the window, you call it, place the order and they walk your mini or regular sized cake out. The selection is limited, but they do have the favs on hand.. red velvet, lemon, chocolate, etc. We went with a mini Funfetti Bundt to split. Funfetti is a take on the classic kids cake. Vanilla cake with tasty sprinkles baked in and classic buttercream frostings. The cake was a little dry, but still hit the spot. This little treat will set ya back about $4, but isn't too bad if you're sharing with someone. Sadly many of the local bakeries in Mt. Juliet are closed temp or permanently. Hopefully once everything re-opens the small business owners of the world can gain some traction and get back to a "normal" business environment. read more

II'm very disappointed that I bought a cake from here. I have purchased cakes here before and never had a problem. My husband's birthday is today. I bought the cake yesterday only to cut the cake and realized the cake was very dried out. It looked and tasted over cooked.The icing didn't even taste good. I called the store to ask questions and inquire about the cake. I spent $43. She offered me a bundlet that is really small and I drove a long way to receive a dried out cake. Really an apology would have been appreciated. Pray that they do better and no one will have to experience this. read more

Complete garbage complete trash very rude and after I handed her my money she puts my change on the counter with my hand out waiting on my change! I have never received service like this here! I guess that when it is 15 minutes til closing time that your employees act as if their customer service skills & common sense have already clocked out! I will never ever shop this location again period! First of all, I hobbled into the store with my Husband's help. After giving my order to the cashier, I explained to her that I was involved in a major car accident recently & the cake storage bag that I previously purchased was unretrievable from the totaled vehicle. The cashier then looked at the closing manager to exchange some words about replacing the bag that I could not hear. The cashier proceeded to act as if she was bending down to get another bag. Then she pooped back up without another storage bag & she just looked at me with a dead eyes look. So I ventured to ask "Sooo...what are we doing about the storage bag situation?" To which she responded "Ohhhh...You would have to buy another one." Not to mention, I gave her the receipt that showed when I purchased the storage bag from this location & bringing the bag also gives you your 4th cake for free. This is possibly the worst interaction slash non-verbal interaction I have ever had with their employees! This was my venture out of my house since my accident over a week ago, so I was looking forward to the great customer service that I am use to from this chain. Traveling for Easter, and didn't want to show up empty handed WELL... what a FIND! This Bundt cake was such a hit, so moist and delicious.

This place is the best. I go there after school all the time with my sister and my nieces and they love it. Would definitely recommend. It's a little expensive but it's definitely worth it. There isn't a lot of flavors of the cakes but they have a pretty good selection. Staff is very nice, it's a pretty quiet place it's kind of relaxing to go in there and would definitely Go again. read more

I usually really love Nothing Bundt Cakes and I brag about it to all my friends and family. I did not like the experience I had today. While eating brunch for my mothers birthday I thought I would stop by and get her a birthday cake. I let her choose which flavor she wanted and the older woman behind the counter kept trying to rush her to make a decision. We were not in anyone's way. Then she was annoyed that we didn't call in advance or get on the website. She repeated this to us at least 4 times. She kept trying to skip over us. I asked if I could get a happy birthday decoration for the top of the cake and she said it would take 30 minutes. I decided to just take what they had and decorate the cake myself. The women then repeated we should call ahead even if it's just a couple minutes next time while we were leaving. I don't think I will be back for anymore Bundt cakes. read more

This company does not support veterans. They are also sexist and have been using the Covid 19 relief money from the Government to pay their own PERSONAL bills instead of paying their employees during the pandemic. A family member of mine recently recieved Orders from the Army National Guard during the pandemic. He was Head Baker at the Mount Juliet store. He told the Owner, Pam, and the Manager, Tanzy, that he would be on Orders from the National Guard for the pandemic. They BOTH told him they would hold his job for him and that he would be able to come back once he was done with his orders. The National Guard told him that he was no longer needed for orders, so he could go back to his day job. He was only gone a WEEK. He called after he found out he was no longer needed for orders (literally 7 days later) to let Nothing Bundt Cakes know he would be coming back. They refused to answer his phone calls. He texted the Owner, Pam, and she promised she would get him some work. He could've been looking for a job, but because she kept promising him he was going to be able to come back to work, he has gone 3 WEEKS without a job. Finally, it was communicated to us that they would not be bringing him back....oh, but they didnt call to tell him this. No, we found out because I went into the shop to look into doing a fundraiser for my school and overheard an employee in the front say they were hiring a new Head Baker because Pam didn't want to bring my family member back. Of course, the employee in the front didn't know I was of relation to the person they were letting go, and I am thankful because we wouldn't have known he was let go had I not just so happened to be in the store that day. On top of that, he was the only male working there, so naturally, they made him do all of the unloading, loading, stocking, and garbage disposal. When his hands were too full with baking, the Manager, Tanzy, would complain about the deliveries not being unloaded and trash not being taken out when there were at least 8 other people there who could have done it. her response was that he was the man, so he had to do it all. ALSO, Tanzy was making him do HER JOB FOR HER while she sat up front, on her phone or on facebook, because she was too lazy to do her job. In reality, he was Head Baker, Inventory, AND DOING THE DUTIES OF THE MANAGER for little pay, and he faced CONSTANT backlash for not doing everything fast enough. He couldn't because he was juggling three jobs at once. To put the cherry on top of it all, the money the Mount Juliet Store received from the government to pay employees during the Covid19 pandemic was used to pay Pam's PERSONAL BILLS while SOME employees recieved a TINY portion and other employees who were working 50+ hours RECEIVED NOTHING. Some employees struggled to pay rent/mortgage. Some couldn't pay their Bill's. Some struggled to put food on the table while PAM WAS USING THE RELIEF MONEY TO PAY HER OWN BILLS. ALSO, just so everyone knows, Tanzy does not wash her hands before touching the cakes, she doesn't wear a hair net, and she talks about employees AND CUSTOMERS behind their backs. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. However, Pam keeps her around so that PAM, THE OWNER, doesn't have to do anything. That's fine. We've already contacted our lawyer. They will be hearing from us very soon. read more

My family love the experience that we had with nothing Bundt cakes we ordered two dozen for Christmas and had a great experience and the cakes were awesome. My son really love the red velvet cakes definitely five stars will be back. read more

Nothing spectacular. Cakes are too sweet and each is made with cream cheese frosting. No variety on icings. Also for the size of the small Bundt cakes they are way too expensive. Every bakery here is cookie cutter and everything is the same. How I long for an independent bake shop. read more
