The cakes are a bit pricey, but the quality totally justifes the price. There is nothing "store-bought" about the taste of these cakes. It's just like what my grandma used to make when I was a kid. It's such moist cake. And any flavor that has cream-cheese frosting will automatically taste awesome. Seriously, I thought red velvet chocolate chip was my favorite until I tried the yellow marble cake with cream cheese frosting. I about died. I got the carrot cake, my daughter the chocolate chip. Both were delicious and more than we could eat at one time, so half the cakes were wisely saved for the next day. (They made it as far as breakfast.) While we were buying our cakes, the store ran out of the popular red velvet cake, so that's next on our list. While other reviews have said the cakes were pricey, they are not any more than you would pay for dessert at a restaurant. And they're worth the price. read more

Most delicious cakes ever! The cake is always super moist, and I love the cream cheese frosting. They are very generous with it. I love the red velvet and the the white chocolate raspberry. The marble is good too. I don't think you could go wrong. They have the cutest cake toppers and ribbons, but adding one is quite expensive, like $10 more. We have gotten a Nothing Bundt Cake for many family birthdays. Picking up a bundtlet makes a nice birthday treat for a friend too! read more

Too bad there isn't 10 stars. This place is the best cake in the world. We drive 45-50 minutes to get our birthday cakes here. The frosting melts in your mouth not too sweet just right. Love Nothing Bundt cakes. Made with real butter and cream cheese frosting these are great for any special occasion. They have many flavors but today we ordered a carrot cake. It was moist and full of flavor. We've also had the red velvet which is equally delicious. A 10" cake serves about 12-16 people. You don't need a large piece because it's so rich so a cake goes a long way. They are a little pricy (about $32 for a 10" cake) but worth a splurge once in a while. read more

Who doesn't love cake?!! (Can you trust a person that doesn't?! Haha!) I love Nothing Bundt Cakes. I love the bundtini's, the bundtlets, the 8", and the big daddy!! I am always greeted with a Welcome! when I walk in. There's cute kitchen type decor that I want ALL of! There's usually a sample of the day. Today it was chocolate turtle, a flavor we have never tried. (We did end up getting that kind in the 8") I only have one complaint. I always feel so rushed to order. They welcome me and then they want to know what I want and how can they help me and do I have questions? I do appreciate a business that is customer oriented but for some reason when I go to Nothing Bundt Cake I feel like they just want to get me out the door. Today, for example, my son was having a hard time deciding what flavor he wanted to get for his birthday so we stood there for a bit. They just wouldn't leave us alone. I know you are there and ready to help me! I will give you my order when I am ready! Hopefully it's just my perception. I want to stay and savor the frosting smell, just let me linger!! This is my second time eating one of these cakes. The first time (about 9 months ago) was AMAZING!!! It was soooo moist! I was in heaven!! So I went to buy one today for the family who is visiting from SoCal. I am super disappointed and embarrassed for talking this bundt cake up so much!! First, the girl who helped me was less than friendly. Never made eye contact, never smiled, and Just as I was thinking how bad her customer service was she said "have a wonderful night" which was nice, but it was totally disingenuous. Now about the cake: We got a chocolate chocolate chip (which was amazing the first time I had it) and it was dry!!!! The frosting is still AWESOME but the cake...def NOT worth $20. I was disappointed in the customer service I received. I ordered online and set my pickup time but when I got there a few minutes after my scheduled time it was like they had no clue what was going on and had to scramble to find my order. They also did not listen to the instructions my order said that I was not going to be eating it right away. I also would have preferred if the employees where wearing masks. I completely LOVE these cakes! I've had the little bundtinis - my daughter gave these out to her dance class for her birthday and they were a SMASH. I give the Bundtlets to neighbors etc. and have also purchased the decorated big cake for a party. They have fabulous flavors and samples to try. TASTE is ALWAYS WONDERFUL. The service is not so much... I have been asked to fill out surveys and joined their email list for freebies and both times I have gone in to redeem - they've started out treating me like a criminal. Like I obtained the email illegally. NOT KIDDING. I eventually was asked for my email address and they verified that I might've received the offers legit. I had the pineapple upside down mini-cake. The key to eating one of these cakes is portion size. A mini-cake is sweet and rich enough to feed a family of six, and I don't necessarily say that as a compliment. The cream cheese icing is also a chore to eat (I'm not a huge fan of icing...period). I spoke to Nicole on the phone to place an order and not only was she rude and short with me, but she wasn't helpful at all. I was asking to see when they would have products available and rather than help she cut me off mid-sentence, told me they were sold out, and hung the phone up on me. I didn't even want a cake for today I was just wanting to know the earliest I could order. I have a friend who said they are normally nice so I called back later hoping I would get a different person and trying to give Nicole the benefit of the doubt (maybe someone had just yelled at her?) and tried to just place it a few weeks out, but sadly I still got the same rude, unhelpful service. When it comes to cakes why go anywhere else? We tried these a few years ago and ever since every cake we get for events or birthdays is Nothing Bundt Cakes! They are always so moist and the frosting is delicious, plus they look cute. A few of my favorites are the White Chocolate Chocolate, White Chocolate Raspberry, and the White Chocolate cinnamon. We were given a cake from here at work from one of our vendors, so this review will not take price into account, since it wasn't from my wallet. Based on the taste alone, I was a fan. We had a red velvet cake given to us and it was delicious! Right amount of density, the frosting was perfectly proportioned. It was very sweet, which two of my coworkers were less on board with. The biggest downside was that it didn't last in the fridge more than a couple days. Very good cakes, incredibly moist and rich in flavor. I was greeted by a super nice sales lady and was immediately offered a sample. She was very good in explaining the sizes and prices of the cakes and I appreciated her patience. The cakes are somewhat pricey ($31 for the bigger size) but I have paid much more for horrific cakes at other bakeries. It's a cute idea. I got a bundt cake from here as a homecoming gift last year and I LOVED IT. I've been trying to locate this place for ages and I'm glad I've finally found it. They're bundt cakes are the reason why I actually LOVE bundt cakes now. Ive tasted some before, but none of them come close to these ones. I do agree with other reviews that the icing can be a bit much, but the moistness and deliciousness of the cake itself totally makes up for it. I have had the most disappointing experience. I have tried several times to get my problem resolved and nobody can be bothered! I placed an order...when I went in to pick up my order it seemed a bit chaotic. When it was my turn I was given a sealed up box! Was everything in there? Well I should have known better and unsealed it and checked but I didn't. I purchased a dozen bundtinis and a topper kit as these were for a party. The party was out of town...we went and guess what?! No topper kit!! I was very disappointed!! When we returned I called the store and talked to the manager...she offered me a store credit for the topper kit! Really!!! I don't want a store credit I wanted the money returned to me. Well that takes a talk with the store owner! Supposedly she was going to call me..I waited 2 weeks and nothing. I sent an email to the head office and THEN I received a call from the owner who left me a message with no resolution. I called her back at the number she left me which happens to be the store and was told she just left for a minute she would call me back. She never did! This all started about 6 weeks ago and it's ridiculous! At this point you can keep my money I will never shop there again! read more
