I don't write reviews often but this one deserves it. Our water heater suddenly stopped giving us hot water and another company already told us it needed to be replaced ASAP for almost $3,000. I wanted a second opinion before spending that kind of money, so I called Nothing But Water Heaters and they got someone out pretty quickly. The technician, Manny, checked it out and realized the pilot light was just out. He spent a few minutes figuring out why, got it relit, and had everything working again in about 15 minutes. He also told us the water heater is from 2019 and doesn't need to be replaced anytime soon. What really got me was that he could have easily told us it needed replacing and we never would have known better. Instead he was straight with us, gave us a quote for whenever we do actually need a new one down the road, and wouldn't take payment for the visit even though I offered a few times. You don't run into that kind of honesty very often. I'll definitely be calling them when I do need a replacement, and I'm telling everyone I know to use them too. read more

Impressed that Ron answered the call this morning and remembered my file from years ago when my husband and I asked for a quote on a replacement water heater. He was quite friendly, which I appreciate and was able to send Osmani over to our home same day. Osmani showed up promptly, and my husband and I appreciated that they sent us a courtesy text when the technician was en route. He was able to install in the same day and the job was done promptly. It was a lot more on the expensive end, which we didn't expect since we spoke with Ron earlier in the day, and thought it would be a bit less, but overall we appreciated the same day quick turnaround and Ron allowed Osmani to do the install without us having to schedule it another time out of our day. I definitely give these guys full stars on service and etiquette overall, and they seem like they genuinely care about providing quality service and products. We could have gone a little less expensive, but my husband and I think it was worth it for the service we received. We had our water heater fail back in February, so I called several plumbing companies to get a few estimates. After getting a few estimates and other information about what was "required" for a tankless water heater conversion, I called these guys and they came out promptly. I forget the tech's name, but I felt he was the only person I had spoken to who was not primarily interested in selling me what I did not need. He even told me about a gas rebate available to Southwest Gas customers for going tankless that I was unaware of (nobody else even mentioned it). All in all they did a great job and were fast, getting it done just a few days after approval. I cannot recommend them enough for being to pleasant to deal with and reasonable on their pricing too! read more

Amazing customer service. My water suddenly stopped being hot. After calling my normal plumber, and him telling me, he doesn't fix gas water heaters, I took to yelp for help. Nothing but Water Heaters was able to send someone out the next day. Manny, arrived and got right to work diagnosing the problem. Fortunately, it was a quick fix by just cleaning some part. Manny also explained that this is a "warning" that the part is failing. No pressure to replace the part. Basically told me, when this happens again, call us and will change out the part. They quickly diagnosed the "mystery" issue with my water heater that the previous business "Legacy Air" (which installed the water heater and was called over for repair) couldn't solve. They replaced the faulty control box for a total of $280, a very fair price. A bit of a wait for the parts to arrive, but service was fast and the worker knew his stuff. read more

Same day service excellent pricing bought a new home in September 2022, the water heater I could tell was kind of old, I knew eventually it would go out. Yesterday I got home from work saw water in the garage knew the water heater had had it. We had turned off the gas supply at the meter in order to install a new clothes dryer. After the install I was not able to get the pilot light in the water heater lit. We called one company and they arrived in a timely manner. That was the only thing that we were happy with. He was not able to relight the pilot light. His solution: new water heater. So we paid the service call fee and said goodbye. Then we made a call to Nothing But Water Heaters. They came the next day and re-lit the pilot light, taking less than 5 minutes total.
