My regular plumber was not available for another 8 days and I needed help NOW since my refrigerator was on its last leg and a new one was being installed the next day. One company finally gave me an estimate for checking/replacing my water shutoff valve just before they arrived and I knew it was absolutely outrageous and taking advantage of the situation. Another company could not come for 2 days but suggested Nick and assured me he was an honorable man. Nick sensed my frustration, came over a few hours later and discovered my shutoff valve was UNDER the sink. I knew the delivery men would NOT install the new refrigerator unless there was a shutoff valve behind the refrigerator. All I had was an electrical outlet. Nick also discovered and showed me a lot of corrosion with the garbage disposaI, shutoff valves, and plumbing in general. This was a blessing in disguise as I could have ended up with an unexpected major water leak down the road. Nick gave me a very reasonable quote for the entire job and would have it done first thing in the morning. One of his workers arrived on time, greeted me in such a warm, reassuring way (Nick obviously advised him I had been through the wringer) and prepped the job. Nick showed up to make sure I was comfortable and knew we needed to complete the entire job before the refrigerator installers arrived. He treated his two workers with such respect, guidance, and leadership. They also added an extra shutoff valve to the hose leading to the refrigerator. The installers arrived just as the plumbers were leaving. Nick spoke to them to make certain all was good before he left. You don't find this kind of service every day. Wow! On Time Service Plumbing is amazing!! I was in a jam when my handyman said he was not qualified to repair a sewer line leak between the 2nd and 1st floor of my house. I called another plumber who got great reviews on Yelp. I sent him pictures of the problem. He said the job was more than he was capable to do and recommended Nick and Zach at On Time Service Plumbing. I called Nick on Monday morning. He was at the house on Monday afternoon. After looking at the situation, he said it was a major job that would require cutting a hole into the ceiling to fully gain access to the impacted sewer line. On Time for sure!! Hot water heater died on a Saturday with water damage beneath and behind the area. Within minutes they called back, came over to give an estimate within an hour, then that day removed the old heater and prepped the water damaged area, set up high power blowers. By Monday afternoon, the drywall and fresh paint were completed, looks great and dried overnight. Now it's Tuesday and I'm all set with a brand new unit plus they replaced two old broken sink stoppers with gorgeous new pop up Kohlers; something I kept meaning to "get to" and so happy with the new look of them. Everyone was super polite, pleasant and professional. Great results and, like I said, so fast. If I could rate this company a "0" I would. I'm disgusted that a company like this even has a license at all. I feel it's my responsibility to warns others about this company. I double checked the phone to make sure this was the correct company that came out. On 3/29/2026 I had an active leak so my landlord called this company. Richard FaceTime me and I showed the active leak flowing out of my ceiling. We were trying to locate the shutoff valve & he had me to try to turn the knob on the water meter valve. He said we're gonna have to send out a water restoration company. So I informed by my landlord that the plumber was 20 minutes out. Not Richard who FaceTime me but another man came out to the property. When he got here, he tried to turn the water meter valve with a wrench. I asked him why he doesn't have the long stick tool to turn it that most plumber has. His reply was I forgot it. I'm thinking what kind of plumber forgets his tools. He wasn't able to turn it cause it was stuck. Anyway he takes some pictures and says to me, I'll be back to take more pictures once a claim has been started & the plumbers will come and fix the problem. I'm like what? You're not even a plumber? So I call the landlord back & told her that Richard sent a water restoration company and it wasn't even a plumber who came by. (Mind you, I have an active leak in progress.) So she calls the plumber and Richard calls me back and I tell him that wasn't a plumber you sent! He said no it was the water restoration company. I asked him what about the active leak flowing? He said I'll let you know when I'm on my way this afternoon. I said "this afternoon" So I am supposed to wait until this afternoon with all this water flowing? It was only 9:50 in the morning. So I ask him, so I have to deal with flowing water on my floor damaging property until you decide to show up this afternoon? I text the owner, he tells her one thing & tells me another so she must have got on him cause now he's all of a sudden on his way after wasting all this time. He should have been on his way when he called & FaceTime me seeing the active leak on the screen. He tells me he does a lot of work in these old townhomes (Paradise Village) he's doing everything but address the active leak itself. What most people don't realize it that a plumber gets a kickback from the water restoration company so they want to get a claim open as soon as possible. What is wrong with people these days. He was letting the active leak continue probably to create more damage. The more water damage, the bigger the restoration and the bigger the kickback. Then he realizes that he made things worse by opening up the valves and looks at the ceiling and says your landlord has to put you in a hotel, this is inhabitable & just left leaving the water flowing. I wanted to write this review to warn others about this company and to encourage others to read multiple reviews both good and bad I it's entirely before deciding to hire. I'm so disappointed in this company and must warn others to beware of this company. In desperation I ended up calling a friend of mine whose roommate was an actual master plumber that actually stopped the water flow & fixed the plumbing. Why didn't I call him in the 1st place? Because the landlord was responsible in sending a plumber. But thanks to my friend she now has a reliable plumber who first interest isn't to try to get a kickback from a water restoration company but to actually help his customers. He spent twenty minutes helping me check for leaks around my property, free of charge. I scheduled an appointment and we found that the leak was my main water line. Nick came to investigate a leak that another plumber said was in our slab. $$$ After looking over our pool equipment, he pinpointed it to the auto-fill or the pipe from house to pool. And... he shut off the pool water valve so that we could use our indoor plumbing. We still are waiting for the leak detection company to find the actual leak, but in the meantime, we have water to our house. He saved us a lot of extra work. We had a major leak in our main copper water pipe. Nick was quick to respond to our initial questions and came out to take a look. His repair estimate was higher than others, but included much more work that would make the fix more permanent. He was able to finish the major repairs on the same day. He and his crew were even working into the night, making sure everything was done. There was then a second visit to repair the drywall that had to be torn down to change some piping. And his drywall guy was awesome too! Made the new drywall look exactly the same as the existing one.
