I put in a emergency request late at night on Oct 28th, I got a reply back around 8 o'clock am the following morning. For over two years, our water usage was so high that we were in danger of being fined. It was a real challenge trying to determine that problem. We hired a leak detection company who found ONE leak which we addressed. Then we had a plumber install a cut off valve to the water line leading to the sprinkler system. Another plumber swore that the problem is NOT in the sprinkler system, but every time we turn off that valve, our water usage dropped considerably. He quoted us an incredibly high estimate to fix the problem that wasn't. We were at wit's end, reeling from the expenses we've incurred thus far that didn't completely address the real problem and the final solution. We had a toilet in an upstairs bathroom leak, and based on all of the five star reviews called Pipe Dreams. Michael came out and diagnosed the issue, repaired the leaking toilet and set us up with Bingham Restoration who took care of the abatement of a potential mold issue. Great companies both.
