    Wouldn't recommend this business. They falsely advertise the types of jobs they can complete and then the technican will show up and say they can't do it. Total waste of time taking off work to come home, meet with them only to be told they can't complete the job. I had found this business via a Google search. Their website indicates they can work on, as well as install undermount sinks. I even chatted with a representative from their business through Yelp and specifically asked if they really worked on undermount sinks as I understand not many businesses do. I stated that I didn't want to schedule any appointment unless they really could repair or replace a sagging undermount sink. The rep confirmed that they do and the technician would come take a look and provide a quote and if I agreed to it, they could typically even repair it on the spot. That was great to hear! Just wished it was the truth The technician did tell me they could quote me for a whole new sink but it would have to be a drop-in sink. I said ok, let's see how much that costs and then I'll talk to my wife about converting the sink type. The technican took pictures and said he'd send it over later in the evening. We'll its been 2 weeks and I still haven't received anything. We've since had the repair completed by another contractor. Just wished this place wouldn't have wasted my time!

    Johnny On The Spot We needed to get our pizza oven hooked up on our backyard island and decided we needed a professional. We set an appointment for the next day. I received a confirmation of appointment. And a call prior to the plumber arriving. I appreciated the communication. Jordan Alexander arrived with a smile, was polite and professional. My husband explained what we needed, and Jordan listened carefully and asked good questions. He excused himself to go get the parts he needed and announced his arrival when he came back. I found that very respectful. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. Jordan was personable and knowledgeable and explained his work, we felt he went above and beyond, then we lit the pizza oven-LOOKOUT VEGAS we're cooking now! Jordan seemed genuinely happy for us. His customer service and caring will be the reason I call Johnny on the Spot for all my plumbing needs You should too!

    Johnny on the spot was the worst experience we've ever had with a plumbing business they dug up around my irrigation in any pipes along the side of the house looking for a leak they fix something that I believe didn't need to be fixed and was not leaking and charged us $800 and never offered to come back out and clean up the mess they made, we were working through the water district because we had a main line leak in front of our house somewhere in the front yard. They never really had the right tools for equipment while they were here to listen for a water leak in our front yard. My husband and I are senior citizens and we had to go out and clean up the mess they made it wasn't easy. We do not recommend this plumbing business just beware. I only gave them a one star because I had to give them something otherwise it would be zero .

    The last thing you want hear is you have a under the slab leak!!, but i did my own test as a home owner & so did they no leaks anywhere in the house or with the irrigation system but the water meter was still spinning it the leak had to be under the foundation. the least destructive option was to run new PEX piping through the walls and into the Attic, a total replumb. new plumbing/drywall patch/paint match/ stucco patch & paint (GREAT JOB) i want to give a special thanks to Mgr Tony/ Immanuel & his guys/ Luis and the Guy and his team that did all the drywall & paint MR Danny Lu from Simple Fix Drywall Services His team they button this project up as if no work was ever done in this house, (no spinning meter)THANK YOU ALL.

    My recent experience with Johnny on the Spot was disappointing. My toilet was leaking at the base, probably because of a worn-out wax ring. When the technician arrived, he immediately tried to sell me a new toilet, then started talking about a water treatment system, all before even telling me how much it would cost just to replace the wax ring--which he only called a temporary solution. Eventually, I got quotes for pulling and resetting the toilet, installing a new one, and adding the water treatment system. I was charged $49 for the inspection, which mainly consisted of checking water pressure and taking a quick look at the toilet. I was told this fee would be credited toward any service I'd choose. I opted for the pull-and-reset service to fix the wax ring issue. The next morning, another technician came out while I was away and my wife had to handle everything. She was billed for the full service $386, informed about extra charges (unknown since they won't provide the invoice), and the $49 credit was applied. We were told the final invoice would be emailed to us. After finishing my meeting that morning, I called the company to clarify the extra charges and ask for the final invoice. Despite sending multiple texts calls throughout the day and being reassured each time that someone would followup, we never received a call. Even after speaking with an employee named Rebecca on the phone the next day, several times and being placed on a long hold I still got no response. It is now the end of day and no response or final invoice from them. I feel like I'm being given the runaround. Failing to send the invoice promptly was unprofessional. The company seems more interested in upselling unnecessary services than actually helping customers, which makes me question their honesty. They say they will apply the $49 payment I made to the job but they didn't. They even charge me more than what's in the estimate but won't tell me what it is or provide me the final invoice. Stay away from this dishonest business and their shady employees.

    I tried to post this review on Google, and to respond directly to Bob's before posting a review but…read morethey don't have an easy way to give them feedback. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

During that time, I have repeatedly been given inaccurate information regarding service recommendations and repairs that later appeared unnecessary. Today's service appointment was the most concerning example. I maintain a paid annual club membership that includes maintenance for both my tankless water heater and HVAC system. The technician arrived nearly two hours late and appeared exhausted. Most troubling, the scheduled tankless water heater flush -- the primary purpose of the visit -- was never performed. Instead, the technician took photographs and left without completing the service. Two days prior to this appointment I seriously considered canceling my membership due to ongoing concerns with the company's declining service standards. Unfortunately, I decided to give Legacy one final opportunity and renewed the membership. The outcome of today's appointment unfortunately confirmed my concerns. As a result, I will now be pursuing a chargeback for services that were paid for but not delivered. This level of service is unacceptable. After five years as a loyal customer, I expected professional conduct, timely service, and completion of the work that was scheduled. What occurred instead reflects a troubling lack of accountability and respect for long-standing customers.

When NRS offered to inspect our water system, we jumped at the offer. When you live in the desert, you can't take any chances with your AC or water systems. Both can turn into expensive issues very quickly. During our inspection, Arturo with NRS noticed some corrosion and possible past leak at our water heater connections. Chances are these connections are original to our 2004 condo and since we have neighbors downstairs, we want to avoid any leaks that could result in issues that could affect both units. The NRS Team presented us with an estimate that we were pleased with and we scheduled Arturo for today. Arturo called ahead when he was enroute (we appreciate that) and was onsite in no time. Arturo took the time to explain what he would be doing to eliminate a possible issue and make our system more secure. Changing out the old hoses (over 20 years old) and connections to solid copper piping and new connections gives us the peace of mind that you need with plumbing. He also configured it so should we need to replace the hot water heater, the new copper fittings will be easy to disconnect & reconnect. Arturo did an amazing job, kept us informed as he worked and the work area was spotless when he was finished. A true gentleman & professional. Many THANKS to Arturo and the NRS Team for spotting a potential plumbing issue and providing a great solution. That's what every homeowner expects. We also lost our furniture due to last home making my whole family sick from mold in the HVAc due to leaks. I know the APCOX pricing wholesale, the model I looked at is approx $ 900 dollars. I know the company needs to mark up to install and make a living but the quote I got was way beyond the normal mark up and upselling. The tech quoted that me I needed a duct clean on a 2 year old home, and put a quote for an April Aire that I did not ask for nor discuss into the quote in addition to the APCO X. The quote was an eye popping $11,000 dollars! Not only is this insulting to my intelligence but when I called the company they didn't care.

I've been meaning to contact them for a 3rd perspective so the raffle win happened to be perfect timing. Jamal came out to complete the complimentary tune-up & the experience was superb! He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. After everything was said & done, I told him I wanted to talk it over with my husband & make sure we can afford the financing. No pressure or pushiness on his end. We even agreed on a date of no contact if he never heard from me to ease the indecisiveness. He followed up with me & offered an additional incentive where I couldn't say no. BumbleBreeze with the install, maintenance/extended warranties & extra razzle dazzle of free dryer vent cleaning and sanitization ended up being almost $10k cheaper than my other two quotes!! No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan/budget and the appt for install happened in no time. Jesus & Curtis came in and completed the install. Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. However, Bumble Breeze made this experience as positive as it could be. I see the reviews and posts about post-install trauma and maintenance. I'll definitely update my review if I experience anything negatory like that. However, from this current experience, I'm confident with my experience moving forward. Thanks so much!!

After considerable time spent coordinating the visit, we were finally informed that they did not have the appropriate equipment or expertise to access and inspect the HVAC units. A preliminary evaluation of the site requirements should have been carried out at the beginning of the process. This would have avoided unnecessary delays and wasted time for all parties involved. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this provider for commercial HVAC assessments requiring planning, coordination, and technical qualification.
