Whether it's helping you find your way around, taking extra time to explain your situation, or simply checking in to see how you're doing, everyone is incredibly kind, accommodating, and supportive. The insurance says that the services are covered. There is no patient responsibility except for copays or lab copays. Christina, has been attempting to bill the difference between what the insurance says is the allowed rate, as per the doctor and insurance contract, and what the practice is charging. As a in-network provider, this is a breach in contract. She keeps making excuses about the insurance denying claims/ not reaching out to her / that her hands are tied to handle this situation but the only denials that the insurance see are for services that THEY were too late to file a claim for or filed incorrectly. Even then, there is no patient responsibility. That's on them to take the loss for having a clearly clueless and inadequate billing team who does not know what they are doing. And then they have the audacity to threaten to send to collections, for a bill not within patient responsibility as stated by insurance. Christina is clearly trying to avoid doing her job in order to force patients to pay off whatever charge the office wants. Uncooperative, ignoring calls from the insurance to clear the issue, and now us. She keeps acting like it's a problem that the insurance and the patient needs to solve but that's not the case. This is a problem that the office's billing department is supposed to solve. Insurance has already settled that the services are covered with only the copay as patient responsibility. The denied claims is because the billing department was too late and not doing their work in time, not because of lack of coverage. There is no argument, there is nothing unresolved. It's on Christina. Do not go to this office. They deserve to be shut down.

We don't know. Oh, almost forgot to mention - she's a gifted cutter, which is what my friend really came for, anyway.

I was recently at a funeral and recommended Dr. Samadi to a friend who is dealing with a prostate issue. Since it had been many years since my surgery, I decided to look him up again to see what my friend might find in an online search. After reading some of the one- and two-star reviews, I felt compelled to share my own experience. Dr. Samadi has a very special gift. I thank God every day for his medical knowledge, surgical skill, and the care he provided to me. He is truly a fantastic doctor and surgeon. I did have one unpleasant experience at the hospital, but it had nothing to do with Dr. Samadi or anyone on his personal team. It involved other hospital staff. With a different attitude, I could have allowed that one incident to define my entire experience, but that would have been unfair and would have completely missed what mattered most: the exceptional medical care and surgical outcome Dr. Samadi gave me. His staff was second to none! Who cares if he does not always wear scrubs or if his waiting room sometimes feels like a newsroom? I did not choose him based on his clothing or office atmosphere. I chose him because I wanted an extraordinarily talented surgeon to treat a serious medical condition--and that is exactly what I received. It is obvious you do not know who comes and goes in your facility! DO NOT blame the patient for the inadequacies of the staff! If I was missing did someone bother to go and look to see if I am still in the facility? Did anyone ask me my name and why I am still sitting there? Instead, I am supposed to go in search of staff! In hindsight, I should have run out into the hallway and knocked on every door looking for staff so I could make a run and not come back to this place! Both technicians are really rough too! I am still sore from the both of them. There are lockers but not for patients to use! You have to carry all your belongings with you. At the time I was in the wait area an unhinged lady was sitting there tearing up her personal junk mail. She'd been sitting there for a long time and I bet nobody asked her what she was doing there!
