I'm on week two of my meal plan and so in love with this company, it's owner, and the DELICIOUS food. The variety, flavors, and tastes make you forget you're eating plant based food. I'm trying to transition from a meat based diet to a plant based diet, and this has made it so easy and effortless. I'm never hungry in between meals and enjoy every bite. Everything tastes and looks like restaurant spread quality. I will be offering this as long as I live in Charlotte. It's delicious, it's healthy, vegan and gluten-free. While we don't order all the time, it is so nice to have when we do. Especially during my work weeks (i work 74 hours every other week), it makes it so much easier to eat real food and not some processed crap from the freezer. I'm a huge fan of the buffalo chickpeas, the mac n cheese, and the salads. Why can't i make my salads or kale salad so tasty!? My only complaint is the last time we had the mac n cheese in our fridge, it disappeared after a night of drinking. My finance and former hard-core "meat 'n potatoes" guy devours Nourish's vegan fare at the speed of light. Simply put, I am in love! I run a full time business where I use my home kitchen (to make soap) so I do not have the time or space to cook right now. I am not even vegan or vegetarian, but I do mainly eat a plant based diet which is pretty new to me so I have a hard time coming up with healthy dishes with variety and the proper nutrients on my own. Nourish has me covered. Every week there are new dishes and some old favorites. It's so exciting to open up the menu each week! My picky daughter has even started to slowly enjoy the foods. It's an absolute lifesaver for me. So often when you are pressed for time and don't eat a regular schedule, it's easy to fall back into bad eating habits. So having a good supply of Nourish meals in my fridge keeps me from getting off track. I order Nourish weekly, and even go pick up their foods sometimes at Eco-licious. I love that they also offer the Naked Tart and Viva Raw Juices. I actually work in the same market as Viva Raw so I drink their juice daily, but if I ever find myself not that close, I'll start ordering from Nourish. Not a Vegan but thought I would try since I'm trying to get on this healthy kick as it relates to eating. I'm also someone who wants convenience because of my schedule and the fact that I really don't cook. I just received my delivery today and have eaten three times already off of something that was delivered today. I have to admit, the food is great!!! I was surely skeptical - I knew the food would be good for me but I wasn't too sure that it would actually taste good. I really enjoyed everything that I ate . I also loved the delivery service; they delivered to my place of work. Everything was neatly packed and labeled with instructions on how to heat (if applicable) or suggestions on how to eat. Oh my gosh this food is incredible! I'm 4 meals into the cleanse and everything is so delicious. I can't believe this is vegan food. I'm not a vegetarian or a vegan and I was worried that the meals wouldn't be enough and that I would miss something with some substance but I was wrong! The food is very hearty and filling and they give you a great variety so you don't get bored. I've tried dozens of meal replacement shakes and different smoothies but never found anything that stuck with me for more than 10-15 minutes so I was very skeptical of the green smoothies and they look like algae. It was soooo yummy and I made it to lunch without feeling hungry. I'm so excited to have found them and can't wait to see what's on the menu next week. read more

This is my first time receiving a box. The items were package so nicely, which made it easy to either pop them in the oven or microwave. I chose the oven (only 9min). I'm so excited to have these as a healthy nutritional option. The flavors are magnificent, they taste fresh and flavorful, which lets me feel good about what I'm eating. We've been using Nourish for months....and usually the food is awesome!! I think the only 2 complaints (or constructive criticism) I could give....is that the variety (long term) leaves a little to be desired. Ton of replicated menus, which isn't a bad thing in some cases.....but it's tough to eat the same thing over and over again. The other is that the veg burgers are super dry and crumbly (although not too shabby on flavor). Outside of that.....the massive high notes....the bodhi bowls are usually on point, and the oats....dear sweet breakfast situation oats. Do yourself a favor and order 10x the amount you think you'll need....I promise you'll make it through them. Those are addictive. The chili is really good, and the enchilada casserole, panzanella, Mac and polenta pizza are always spot on. Can't really go wrong with these guys! They do a great job! read more

After seeing rave reviews about Nourish, I'm quite disappointed. The food is extremely overpriced. It doesn't even taste that great. I would not buy this again even if it was moderately priced. I was disappointed to have such a casserole-heavy selection, even for Thanksgiving week. Even though there was one salad for my week's chef's choice, I would have liked to have seen some grilled vegetables or something that didn't taste so heavy.
