I can't believe I have not rated Your Farms yet. We ordered from Your Farms last year, and again this year for the holiday lasagna tray. It was so good last year that we had to order again this year. It is a pricey tray, but it is well worth it as it serves a lot. It is also by far my favorite lasagna - the layers of meat and cheese (lots of cheese) plus the extra container of sauce to pour on top, is fantastic. I would buy the sauce if I could! AMAZING!!!!!! I can't express enough how incredible this meal delivery was. I mean just wow! My dear dear friend had a meal sent to me while I was home recovering from surgery and it fed my stomach, heart and soul. It was a 3 - course meal, so I felt super fancy even though I was just sitting on my couch. The food was so fresh and delicious, I was shocked every time I took a bite. I had the pleasure of dining on smoked chicken tacos, stuffed NC flounder and a buttermilk panna cotta tart Their Chef truly has a gift! I cannot wait to have their food again soon!!! Outstanding all around experience. Late reservation on Friday evening was handled with ease. It is hard to describe the wonderful food. We chose one shared appetizer and three entrees. Your Farms Your Table continues to create amazing dinners using ingredients from local farms and markets, which I am happy to support, and enjoy. They recently updated their weeknight meals so I couldn't wait to support them and check out the new options. Their three course dinners include a starter, entree with side, and a dessert. The two most recent orders were as follows: BBQ Shrimp Bao Bun Bowl, Lobster and Shrimp Dumplings and a Cookie Butter Cream Sammy from Honey Bear Bake Shop. Roasted Scallop and Bibb Salad, Roasted Prime Rib Strip Loin, and a Salted Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake Tart. Both dinners were amazing and you can taste the love, and the freshness from the local ingredients. The lobster and shrimp dumplings were a standout due to the fact there was a generous amount of seafood and perfectly prepared, and the Sirloin, cooked to a perfect medium rare. Both desserts topped off the meals. If you haven't checked them out, you should. After so many trusted sources told us we needed to try Chef Sam's new concept, we decided it would be the perfect anniversary dinner. Covid-19: this is a ghost kitchen operation, so there's no physical restaurant. Your meal gets delivered to your front door by someone wearing a mask who takes the time to explain the concept to you. I love that everything comes from local farms and is incredibly fresh. There is now a rotating schedule for the main course. The appetizer and dessert are still chef's choice based on what ingredients he gets for the day. We decided to order on lasagna night. Our meal came with: Sammy's Spinach Salad, My Dad's Lasagna, and Melted Pear Cheesecake. Everything was fantastic. It was the best lasagna I've ever had. I'm not usually one to order a salad, but this salad was amazing. The mustard vinaigrette was delicious. I loved the soft boiled egg and fresh cut bacon. It was topped with a ton of delicous shrimp. The dessert was top notch as well. Each 3 course meal is $30 which honestly feels like a deal to me considering how local/fresh everything was and that it was delivered to our house. We've heard we need to try the sake marinated fish, beef short rib, and crab cake too, so I guess we just need to order every meal! This place is a must try in my book! read more

I've enjoyed several dinners from Your Farms Your Table and they're consistently impressive! The meals themselves are delicious and always taste even better than they sound. A salad is never "just a salad." Chef Sam sources ingredients from local farms, so everything is extremely fresh. As such, his menus change constantly to reflect what's seasonally available. I love his lasagna, but the crab cakes are OUTSTANDING. And that's coming from someone who grew up in Maryland...I've tasted more than a few crab cakes and I'm telling you these ones are top notch. Furthermore, the delivery system YFYT has is awesome. Day of your delivery, they text you an ETA and keep you updated along the way. Food is always packaged well and it's clearly handled with care! Food quality + delivery makes $30 an awesome value IMO. Can't wait to try more! read more

Chef Sam has a wonderful talent with making local ingredients into delicious food! This catering business was his idea when covid19 caused the restaurant to close and for him to change careers. For $30 a meal, you can receive a three course meal including delivery. The menu changes weekly and you can follow him on social media @chefsamdiminich or his website (Your Farms Your Table) to find out the weekly menu. I contacted him for our anniversary and he was amazing about creating a delicious meal!! We had a phenomenal experience with Chef Sam Diminich. Our menu was melon salad with fennel, cucumber and goat cheese and pickled okra. The delicious dressing was yummy and flavorful with the greens. The main dish was savory barbacoa pork, beans and rice with tortillas. The dessert is lemon pound cake and blueberries with sweet creme. The food was delicious and Chef Sam followed up after to make sure we were happy. Truly awesome for supporting local farms! All food is sourced locally and Chef usually lists the farms. read more

We had a delicious meal delivered last night of perfectly made braised short ribs with an fabulous assortment of farm fresh vegetables, a gorgeous salad and a chocolate caramel custard dessert that was fabulous.
