I love dogs and got to pet him a little bit, which could probably count as an additional form of therapy she offers :) The office building she's located in is very nice, and her office has tons of lovely natural light, which is rare for a massage place. It feels very positive and welcoming in there (I don't feel the pictures do it justice!). Erika is also an herbalist so she makes her own massage oils and the other products she uses. This really sets her apart! Everything is super natural and intentionally crafted. My sensitive skin felt great afterwards. I appreciated that Erika was talkative and friendly but she wasn't trying to talk to me the whole time. The pressure she used was strong -- I appreciated this as you never want to drop dollars on a fluffy massage that doesn't do much. She then sat down to tell me very honestly that she didnt think it was a good idea for the thai yoga with the castor oil. Bc the massage was clothed (it was more of her streching me) and she did not want the oil to ruinn my clothes. Extra point for her for being honest. She then gave me the option of a sports massage and the castor oil. She offered me tea and water. She put on the oil and gave me an abdominal massage! After that the pain of my sore muscles started coming. She was streching and massaging things i did not know they could hurt. She is excelent. After i was done i was feeling still sore and in pain. I was dissapointed because i fekt it did notnwork...silly me. Next day i feel good as new! No more pain and soreness. It was beautiful. And to top it all of.
