5/5 stars - Fantastic experience over two days at The Beauty Medics!…read more I had microneedling with PRP yesterday with Allison and lip filler today with Breanna, and both were outstanding. Allison as always very professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She explained every step, made sure I was comfortable with numbing, and the treatment felt manageable even though I was nervous. The PRP addition has my skin already feeling tighter and more radiant (even on day 1), and the redness/tightness is exactly what she prepared me for. She sent me home with excellent aftercare products, the Rescue Smoothing Complex and mask have been lifesavers for calming things down overnight. I felt completely taken care of. Today I returned for lip filler with Breanna. Breanna was kind, precise, and listened closely to my goal: subtle but noticeable plump with natural definition and that sexy perk. She checked my healing skin from the microneedling and confirmed it was safe to proceed. The injections were quick and comfortable, and my lips already look fuller and more balanced, I'm so happy with the natural result! Both Allison and Breanna are skilled, caring, and knowledgeable. The team made back-to-back treatments feel seamless and stress-free. If you're thinking about microneedling/PRP, lip filler, or any combo, this is the place to go. Thank you for the great care and beautiful results, I'm excited to see everything settle! Highly recommend!

You could improve by having a more courteous receptionist…read more My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. The email I received told me I needed to be there 5-10 minutes early. I arrived about 7 minutes early and waited outside. They had a sign engraved on the door saying they are closed for lunch daily from 12:30-1:30pm. Ok, cool. Next time I won't pick the 1:30pm appointment but I'm all good. I see someone in blue scrubs approaching the door, as I'm leaning on the window right next to the door. She completely ignores me as she unlocks the door and walks in. I thought, 'Wow, kind of rude'. No, 'Hi! Let me just get settled and you can come on in!' No acknowledgement of me at all. I followed her in and she said, 'We're still closed for lunch. You'll need to wait outside.' As she's speaking to me, I look around and I see the nurse laying in the middle lounger. I'm thinking she must be sleeping because she's not even acknowledging that the receptionist walked in or that her next appointment was there. I said to her that the email, and a text might I add, that were sent to me told me to arrive 5-10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. She said 'Sorry, we're still closed and you'll need to wait outside.' They had seating in their reception area but that wasn't offered to me. I went back outside and she locked the door behind me. I sat on the ground in disbelief. Am I really going to continue this appointment? She was rude and although the nurse never addressed me or the situation, I thought that was pretty rude too. Am I now going to allow her to stick a 20g needle in my AC and I hope she does it as gently as she was going to? I wasn't sure I wanted to take that risk. At 1:31pm the receptionist unlocked the door, and walked away! Another opportunity for some courtesy but that too was not offered. She could have opened the door and said something along the lines of 'Thank you for waiting. You can come in now.' At that moment I decided to cancel. And I suppose I could have walked away and not said anything, but I didn't and I walked in explaining why I was not going to continue with my appointment. My reason was because of her rudeness and her lack of professionalism. She was very curt and argumentative with me. I would probably even add defensive of her actions. Kind of like my teenager. Not a great way to keep a customer. I've probably been to this location 5 times for myself and 2 for my 14 year old son. I've never encountered a problem. I think the Hydration Room offers a great service. But this receptionist, and possibly even this nurse, lost a customer today. The customer is not always right, but her lack of common courtesy and professionalism were just facts. To the owner of this location, I would hope that you would want your staff to be more respectful than they were. These are the things that make or break your business. IV hydration places are everywhere now. Just because I live in Santa Margarita doesn't mean I have to use your business. I can go anywhere, and I will. UPDATE: They responded and said they did nothing wrong. Shameful.

We were referred her by a family friend, and it did not disappoint! My partner and I got the cold & flu IV with an anti-viral boost. (For the most part) our body aches went away, fatigue decreased, my partner's headache went away, and in general all of our symptoms improved. We felt significantly better, especially the one of us that was in much worse shape. The nurses were nice, the environment was clean, and they gave us tea. Only things I would say could improve the experience would be the chairs could lean back a bit more while you get the treatment, and the nurse who inserted the IV caused some bruising and bleeding at the entrance site. Worth feeling better though.
