I LEFT FEELING HURT, DISRESPECTED, AND UNVALUED... I was a patient of Dr. Bokhari for over 2 years…read moreand 8 months and a member of this clinic for 2 years, paying $150 every month. During that time, I spent well over $8,000 on treatments and referred many friends and family because I truly believed in this practice. I even drive over 40 minutes to get to this clinic because I believed Dr. Bokhari was kind, skilled, and worth the time, gas, and long drive. Even after an incident last year, when I spent over $3,000 on fillers and Botox in a single session and was not given clear instructions on how to use the nitrous oxide, causing me to inhale too much and experience a frightening hallucination that left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day and even the following day, I continued coming back because I trusted this clinic. Over the last two months, I had to return to the office four different times because my Botox results were not what I had consistently received in the past. During those visits, I spent approximately $1,000. At my most recent follow-up appointment, I simply wanted to understand why my results were different and why I kept needing additional Botox to achieve results that had previously been obtained without these issues. Instead of having a conversation, Dr. Bokhari responded in a way that completely shocked me. He told me: "If you go to Kentucky and order chicken, you have to pay for it." "You have to pay for the units I injected." "There are no free lunches here." "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." This was said to me in front of his assistant, the doctor he is training, and my husband, so I am 100% certain that I heard and understood exactly what he said. I explained that I was not refusing to pay. I simply wanted to understand why I kept needing additional visits and additional Botox to obtain results that had previously been achieved without these issues. Despite that, the conversation continued in the same tone. I left that appointment feeling deeply hurt. Personally, I felt discriminated against and treated as if I were someone trying to get something for free, despite being a loyal patient for nearly three years who had always paid for every treatment. Most of all, I felt that I was not a valued patient. At the time, I still had $500 remaining in my membership account. After charging me for that Botox touch-up, the clinic agreed to refund the remaining balance, and I immediately canceled my membership. I had already had a negative experience at this clinic during a Black Friday promotion. I thought I had prepaid for my usual Botox treatment, but when I arrived, I was told I needed to pay more. When I asked for an explanation, I felt I was treated in a dismissive and condescending way, which led me to write a negative review. I later removed that review after Dr. Bokhari personally spoke with me, because at the time I believed the issue had mainly been with the staff. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, my perspective has changed. P.S. For context, I am 30 years old and don't have significant forehead wrinkles. I get Botox because I prefer not to have visible forehead lines. I was also not satisfied with the lip filler I received in March 2025. It appeared to me that some of the filler had migrated, and when I asked Dr. Bokhari about it, he told me it would dissolve over time. However, I can still see some small lumps around my lips today. After that experience and the incident with the nitrous oxide, I decided not to get fillers there again. I've attached photos to this review showing how my lips currently look. I never imagined that after years of loyalty, my relationship with this clinic would end this way. I sincerely hope no other patient leaves feeling as hurt and undervalued as I did. I hope my experience helps others. UPDATE: I have read the clinic's response. I understand that they disagree with my perspective and that they cannot publicly discuss my medical information. I am simply sharing my own experience as a patient, including what I personally paid, what was said to me, and how I felt during these interactions. I stand by my account of my experience.

You could improve by having a more courteous receptionist…read more My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. The email I received told me I needed to be there 5-10 minutes early. I arrived about 7 minutes early and waited outside. They had a sign engraved on the door saying they are closed for lunch daily from 12:30-1:30pm. Ok, cool. Next time I won't pick the 1:30pm appointment but I'm all good. I see someone in blue scrubs approaching the door, as I'm leaning on the window right next to the door. She completely ignores me as she unlocks the door and walks in. I thought, 'Wow, kind of rude'. No, 'Hi! Let me just get settled and you can come on in!' No acknowledgement of me at all. I followed her in and she said, 'We're still closed for lunch. You'll need to wait outside.' As she's speaking to me, I look around and I see the nurse laying in the middle lounger. I'm thinking she must be sleeping because she's not even acknowledging that the receptionist walked in or that her next appointment was there. I said to her that the email, and a text might I add, that were sent to me told me to arrive 5-10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. She said 'Sorry, we're still closed and you'll need to wait outside.' They had seating in their reception area but that wasn't offered to me. I went back outside and she locked the door behind me. I sat on the ground in disbelief. Am I really going to continue this appointment? She was rude and although the nurse never addressed me or the situation, I thought that was pretty rude too. Am I now going to allow her to stick a 20g needle in my AC and I hope she does it as gently as she was going to? I wasn't sure I wanted to take that risk. At 1:31pm the receptionist unlocked the door, and walked away! Another opportunity for some courtesy but that too was not offered. She could have opened the door and said something along the lines of 'Thank you for waiting. You can come in now.' At that moment I decided to cancel. And I suppose I could have walked away and not said anything, but I didn't and I walked in explaining why I was not going to continue with my appointment. My reason was because of her rudeness and her lack of professionalism. She was very curt and argumentative with me. I would probably even add defensive of her actions. Kind of like my teenager. Not a great way to keep a customer. I've probably been to this location 5 times for myself and 2 for my 14 year old son. I've never encountered a problem. I think the Hydration Room offers a great service. But this receptionist, and possibly even this nurse, lost a customer today. The customer is not always right, but her lack of common courtesy and professionalism were just facts. To the owner of this location, I would hope that you would want your staff to be more respectful than they were. These are the things that make or break your business. IV hydration places are everywhere now. Just because I live in Santa Margarita doesn't mean I have to use your business. I can go anywhere, and I will. UPDATE: They responded and said they did nothing wrong. Shameful.

We were referred her by a family friend, and it did not disappoint! My partner and I got the cold & flu IV with an anti-viral boost. (For the most part) our body aches went away, fatigue decreased, my partner's headache went away, and in general all of our symptoms improved. We felt significantly better, especially the one of us that was in much worse shape. The nurses were nice, the environment was clean, and they gave us tea. Only things I would say could improve the experience would be the chairs could lean back a bit more while you get the treatment, and the nurse who inserted the IV caused some bruising and bleeding at the entrance site. Worth feeling better though.

I can't blame it all on sitting at a desk and Mexican food. Part of it was my eating habits and sedentary lifestyle, but it's also biology. In comes 911 Biocare to the rescue. They put me on intravenous nutraceuticals to give me the vitamins and minerals that my body wasn't getting from the foods I eat. It wouldn't matter if I ate nothing but kale and broccoli all day, I can't absorb as many nutrients that my body needs in the foods I eat alone as the IV nutraceuticals. Next, I got on bioidentical testosterone replacement therapy. Guess what happens when you get older; you're body produces less hormones. Less testosterone can lead to hair loss, weight gain, less ambition, fatigue, muscle loss, and all kinds of things you don't want. It's incredible how your hormones will affect your thinking and focus. I'm much more driven, focused and mentally acute with testosterone than before when my body wasn't producing enough testosterone. Last thing, I lost weight. I went on the HCG diet... look it up. I've gone from 220 lbs. to 195 lbs. in about a month and I feel and look great. You can especially see it in my face, but I had to buy new clothes because my fat clothes don't fit anymore. You're going to get top notch professional service from Wayne, Silvia, Genae and Dr. Salinas. Everyone greets you with a smile and a treats you like a friend.
