She updated me when she arrived and told me her place in line. This service is much better than using the rabbit service because they can purchase what you need without the $100 limit that the rabbit has for line sitters (and the rabbit line sitters are all more expensive, both in NYC and Oakland, CA where I had also looked for another show for this concert). Gigi sent pics of the updated merch list while in line and I was able to adjust what I needed. She purchased everything for me and luckily I was meeting with another line sitter, Robert, the next day at MetLife Stadium, so I was able to get my merch from him since he was able to meet with Gigi the day before. On Thursday morning, Robert updated me when he was on the way to merch and once he arrived he let me know which place in line he was. He let the people around know I'd be arriving so there wasn't any confusion with the other people in line when the switch took place. I'm actually shocked at how well priced and affordable the services are. Gigi and Robert were absolutely amazing with their communication, very professional, and kind! They were quick to respond and super helpful. With young kids at home it's not possible to wait in line super early, so I'm so thankful that this service exists! Upon asking questions about how the credit worked, the owner said she was revoking the credit because I "didn't understand the offer." I was surprised at the lack of professionalism during the entire experience and would not recommend Lambent to anyone.

I actually took an interest and sat in for the camera/photo session, picking up a few tips I didn't know about prior. I get this is basically a tourist destination due to the name and the unique space, but I bet it gets crazy when new items are dropped. There are other doors that are on sides of the building if you want to avoid the crowds that enter through the main cube entrance. They really are open 24/7, so if you want more personal attention for your Apple needs, you might as well come later since you actually can.

I even had very dirty, hard-to-clean window sills, typical of NYC, and she was able to get it looking freshly painted. I plan to continue using their services regularly.
