My family have been to see Dr. Gluck several times over the years. I would highly recommend him and…read morehis staff. The office staff are great and very helpful. Dr. Gluck would listen to my concerns, I never once thought I wasn't heard. A very caring man and doctor, one of the best. Thank you and god bless.

I've had joint/knee issues for a majority of my life (loose ligaments, bunions, carpel tunnel…read morehotness, every joint in my body cracking for no reason, obscure double jointedness but not in a cool kind of way, etc.) and his reccomendation wasn't unnecesary surgery, it was proper excercise. I'm a runner, I lift weights, and I love hiking - prior to Dr. Gluck general practioners said, "well, just do no impact excercises" to which i replied, "i don't understand". I was prepared with this entire explanation of how low/no impact excercise simply wasn't an option for me, and i didn't even need it. Apparently, excercise (in my case) actually HELPS with my loose ligaments, wouldn't you know, building the muscles around the areas which support those ligaments is actually better than complete neglect? I have to go back to him to get a Doctor's note to get an ergonomic keyboard and mouse for work (to match my pocket protector and horned rim glasses), and am glad to do so. Also, the location is right around many other doctors as well as the PW hospital, so depending on what you need, it's possible to knock out a few doctors appointments in one day (particularly if you don't work anywhere near manassas and driving out there to go to the doctor is a pain).

I went on Washingtonian.com and looked at the top doctors and found Dr. Subir Jossan on the list. He was also a hand specialist which was a bonus for my condition. I made an appointment. It did take the receptionist a long time to enter my information. She didn't ask if I was a new patient until later and had to enter my info all over again. My GPS didn't get me to the building. I drove around a bit until I found it. I tried calling the business but I could reach a live person. That was a little frustrating but I finally found the place. Plenty of parking available. Check in was fine. Dr. Jossan is one of the best doctors I have ever met with. He has the best bedside manner. He's smart and funny. I really didn't have to ask many questions because he was so thorough explaining everything. I highly recommend him. I ended up being diagnosed with tendinitis and got a cortisone shot. I didn't have any big problems with customer service and the service I received from Dr. Jossan was worth the visit.

Absolutely disappointed with the office staff…read more A day before my appointment they send a cancellation notification and no courtesy to call for rescheduling, as if they are lord forkland and we have to take the trouble to call them back. This is not a free service, we pay high dollars for their service so this office staff and its management needs to treat the patients with dignity and good customer service. When I called I was told, take it or leave it and no better alternative was provided. Ruth and pathetic service from their front office is simply unacceptable.

I broke my finger badly and it required immediate surgery. I am a musician and was very concerned…read moreabout maintaining full use of my finger following surgery. I was referred to Dr. Jossan by a musician friend who successfully returned to the instrument following finger surgery by Jossan. Dr. Jossan saw me immediately and got me into surgery shortly thereafter. He was clear about the procedure and what I should expect after the surgery. Jossan inserted pins into my finger to stabilize the bones while they healed. I was able to play music on a limited basis during the six weeks while the pins were in my fingers. Following removal of the pins and a few rounds of physical therapy, my mobility returned to near 100%. Jossan has a great bedside manner, was available to see me as needed during my recovery, and even attended one of my post surgery performances. I highly recommend Dr. Jossan to anyone who suffers a finger break and is concerned with maintaining fine motor skills after surgery.

I like that he is not inclined to rush to surgery as the solution to any problem. He has been treating a degenerative problem in my hands very successfully without having to put me under the knife. He has let me know that eventually I will need surgery, but recommends putting it off as long as possible, because the "cure" isn't forever, so if you can mitigate the symptoms, better to do that and have relief longer. He shows great empathy to patients, has a great office manor, his supporting staff is plesant, and I rarely wait more than a minute or two past arrival before being called into an exam room. I highly recommend this doctor!
