"Katie" was always available to answer my pre-op questions (medications, etc.) and I felt very comfortable when I arrived at the Center. From the phone calls to planning my procedure to checking in . . went as smoothly as it could of... All papers and instructions were exactly as KATIE the scheduling/receptionist had relayed. She helped me through this process, was very knowledgeable of all answers to the questions that I had. Very courteous too. The nurse ANGELA who actually helped me get ready for surgery was very considerate and hospitable. I'm sure she could tell I was very nervous. She made sure I was comfortable and checked on me frequently. Keeping me informed to any information that was needed. Masks and social distancing were inforced as much as possible. I would recommend this surgical center. They took very good care of me. Thank you ....

My doctor recommended Cortisone Shots in my knees. I was against taking the shots due to known side effects in addition to my age The practice also has my previous medical history. My doctor advised due to the injury she needed to calm the Inflammation; I took the shots in both knees. I was also advised that there would be an elevation in my Blood Sugar however, i was not advised of other possible side effects and complications from the shots. I was diagnosed with blood clots 6 days ago and have been trying to speak with my doctor for 4 days. The receptionist advised me on Wednesday that the doctor received my Fax and the Test rests and I might receive a call from the doctor. Thank God I didn't hold my breath. I called yesterday Thursday to inquire about the request that I submitted online for an appointment that has not been responded to; the receptionist advised that she doesn"t know how online appointments are handled although the voice recording recommends using online scheduling. The receptionist placed me on hold to reach out to the doctor who advised her to tell me that, I need to reach out to my Primary Care doctor for assistance; she does not treat blood clots. It took me 4 days to get an answer and she won't speak directly with me; this is unacceptable. One other thing, this is the only Practice that I have been affiliated with where you cannot access your medical records, test results, treatment plan, nor referrals online; nor can you upload documents. I am not saying for sure however, it's been alleged on Drugs.com that shots can cause clots. (https://www.drugs.com/cg/deep-vein-thrombosis.html) What is unacceptable is the delay in getting an answer from the practice. I'm done with them after this. I was advised by the receptionist that she could not provide an email address to forward the test results from the hospital; I could either Fax or send them via U.S. Postal Mail. Disappointed beyond measure

I was uniformly impressed with their professionalism even before I arrived, and throughout the weeks of my therapy. The three women I worked with the most, Kristen, Elwira, and Kayla, were encouraging and challenging, and I made a substantial amount of progress toward my goal of restoring my knee to full health. I can't say I'm eager to need physical therapy anytime soon, but if I do, I'll go back to the Jackson Clinic, and I'll readily recommend them to others.

The Jackson Clinic, specifically Dr. Kristen Landers, was recommended by my doctor due to Dr. Lander's experience with the advanced procedure, and its unique healing process. The Jackson Clinic leaves little room for improvement. The staff at the Jackson clinic is fantastic. Francisca is a very professional, friendly and polite every time she greats you in the office or on the phone. She is also very proficient and patient scheduling appointments that work with your time schedule. In my 3 months of physical therapy (PT) I worked with a couple of Physical Therapists, Donny, Erin, KD, and Certified Physical Trainer, Hilary. Even though Kristen was my primary therapist, each time I worked with another, it was obvious they all worked well together, as a team, and communicated very well. I never felt like the training was disrupted in the few times I worked with another trainer (my choice due to time conflicts). My primary team was Kristen and her Certified Physical Trainer, Maphase. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and pleasant team. They were a phenomenally talented, agile to my issues, creative with solutions, and challenging. Kristen was always prepared, concerned with how I was progressing, and committed to returning me to my condition prior to my injury. She discovered a couple of underlying issues leading to some of my pain. She also geared my training towards my new goals with working out, teaching me new exercises in addition to my shoulder workouts. Maphase was an unbelievable complement to Kristen. They were perfectly in sync with my training. Maphase was excited to work with me each time, with incredible energy and personal attention. The workouts were appropriately challenging and always focused on form, strengthening without injuring, and increasing range of motion. I am writing this review a month after treatment to see how I am feeling. I recovered in less time than traditionally allotted for an injury of my kind. I came out very strong, and confident in my shoulder. In addition to my Dr, Kristen, and Maphase, the team at Jackson Clinic, made this possible. I am incredibly grateful to have found them.

I have had significant issues with charges being more than quoted over the phone, incomplete communication about authorization, deductibles, and other things. However, generally speaking, they have gotten the job done. I don't like that parking needs validation and they only validate up to 1.5 hours - and some mammograms take longer with ultrasound and additional imaging. They also can be a bit short over the phone, and fail to provide context that other radiology facilities might be more inclined to include. However, I do appreciate that this location has a broad range of services available and is prompt with answering calls and attempting to answer questions. Never my first choice as there are some amazing radiologist in the area, but a lot of them have inconvenient appointment times and can take months to schedule. I wouldn't suggest parking on the street, as the police ticket cars immediately when the meter expires. The parking garage is also an issue when going for a first mammogram as they tend to take longer. For subsequent visits, they are good about getting patients out very quickly while still doing what needs to be done. Though, you may feel rushed, I do like it better this way than worrying about having to pay for going over time in the parking garage. One thing I don't like about them is that they had been charging $20 for a CD to bring back to your provider. The other radiologists that I've been to have never charged me for a CD, so I was very disappointed as my provider was shocked that the CD costs exta and she prefers the CDs to go over the findings with patients in an extended consultation with lots of visuals - she apparently needs to CD to do this effectively, so I was not able to receive the same level of detail about my treatment plan that I previously received, due to having my imaging done at Tower Radiology. I hope that they reconsider this charge. Anyway, I think it is better to know what to expect going into it. I added an extra star for convenience.

I have always had great experiences with the technicians and front office staff for my mammograms. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that sometimes finding availability in their schedule can be an issue. Sometimes, I have had to schedule weeks out and their office hours are not conducive for folks who work 9-5. However, if you have flexibility during the weekdays I highly recommend them!
