I was most impressed by the amount of time and effort spent scrubbing all of the bathroom and kitchen surfaces, restoring them to a level of clean like the day we moved in (3 years prior). Specifically, they transformed my stovetop and oven, which had years of grime and grease built up, to look brand new. During my move out walkthrough, even the inspector said the apartment was spotless and that Mary did a phenomenal job. I was also blown away by her pricing: I expected to pay much more given the quality of the job and the time and effort she and her assistant put in. They swoop in, and an hour or so later they leave with the apartment absolutely spotless. Far cleaner than I would ever be able to get it. The ladies are extremely professional and well trained. Most was daily medication & medical equipment, & I had to replace it during the move. Everyone worked hard but resources were poorly planned & owner failed to finish job correctly. Told me my check wasn't honored, causing me to lose valuable time talking to the banks- who told me the check had already been CASHED. Charged about $12,000. We are back on the regular schedule now, but requested a full premium cleaning which includes a lot of the detail cleaning I haven't focused on (baseboards, dusting, windows, etc.). The crew of four worked very efficiently and were thorough in all the spots. My husband and I are still working from home, so we moved around when they had to come into our office spaces, no problem. Very communicative and flexible. Masks and booties were worn as well.
