Again I gave them the benefit of a doubt because of 4 star "real rating" We schedule an appointment for monday, he doesn't call he doesn't show up on time agreed on. I call this "Profesional Tile master" he rudely reschedules for Tuesday. Tuesday goes by, same issue but this time doesn't even answer the phone or txt. Seemed expensive and a long lead time, but fine, they are highly rated so I went with them. During the job, they came out 4 times to measure the windows. 4 times! Also, took 3 installing visits to get it right. Again, things happen, so was just glad when the job was completed. Got the final bill. It was $1800. Called the office to ask why. Got the owner. Told it was for travel surcharge to the island. I said it wasn't part of the original quote. She then in a very patronizing way went on to tell me they sent an email in January (that I don't have in my records) telling about the surcharge. Again fine. As I was ending the call, said they need to be careful. It won't always be this busy and people will remember how she treats them. Her response was to say "she wasn't going to listen to me school her on her business and she was hanging up." And she did. Unbelievable. I wanted to tell her I also have run very large businesses, and when a customer wants to give you feedback, listen!!! Anyone who is looking to open a screening company, come to Fort Myers, FL. September 2021 Cape Coral , Florida…read more I moved to Hurricane country ( Florida ) last year and purchased a single family home ... 3 Bedrooms ... 2 Baths etc The thought occurred to me that I would need to secure my new home against hurricane force winds should One occur while I'm in residence. Most Floridians have metal shutters that they place over their windows when a hurricane is expected. That requires running around like a chicken with it's head cut off while placing the shutters over every window in the home. All this , sometimes under stormy weather conditions. That thought ( running around like a chicken ) did not appeal to me. So, I contacted Storm Solutions and arranged to have a price quoted for a complete set of Hurricane resistant impact Windows installed on my home. A price was agreed upon which also included a new side door to the garage AND an Accordion Shutter to protect my Lanai. Lucas and Jesus were in charge of installing the windows while Blake installed the Accordion Shutters on my Lanai. All of the work was performed in a professional manner with great attention to detail. The actual Instal required about 4 days. There was a 2 month wait however for the custom windows to be constructed. After the Instal a 2 man crew arrived to finish the job by covering over the screws in the newly installed windows. Mark and Ken did a nice job on the finishing touches. The house is now afforded hurricane protection without using unsightly metal shutters over the windows. I would recommend Storm Solutions for any hurricane protection needs desired to protect your home. The customer service provided by Storm Solutions was also excellent. I might add however , hurricane impact Windows are more costly than shutters , but the impact Windows provide a better "look". Photos to follow ...

Had to follow-up with phone call and 2 emails and I even stopped on Friday to find the place locked up. Finally got a hold of Tony and was informed that the granite I picked they would not do. The other 2 contractors said they have no issue using the granite. I got the impression they did not want my business or something did not seem right.
