I came here out of the blue cause i didn't feel like making the same food and treated myself with take out. Let's say this place I did not know existed and it was pretty neat, it is straight out of Québécois home of the smoke meat and poutine. They caught my attention because of all the fancy decor and patio dining seat. They have a fancy swing with their advertised special which was the Roast Beef sandwich with bacon and cheese with side of fries/salad and a soft drink for 12.99, deal right? Lemme tell you, I was greeted with open arms by the 3 staff working and it was very home feeling. The roast beef was sliced quite thinly and was very tender to bite and chew. The curly fries was particularly interesting as it was kind of too well done for how I like to enjoy my fries traditionally, but maybe I'll learn to like it. Overall, the food was quite heavy that I'm going to just share my portion. The pancakes were good, and the salad that came with the Junction Breakfast was delicious. My biggest complaint here was that I asked to substitute the breakfast meat with avocado instead, and they served an over-ripe (maybe rotting) avocado on my plate. The avocado slices were all covered in brown and black spots and had to be pushed aside... I would have appreciated if they offered extra salad or something else if they didn't have a fresh avocado available.  The server was friendly, the food came in a reasonable amount of time, and the service was efficient.
