I was the first person to walk in the shop but multiple clients followed shortly after. May worked on my gel pedicure - she didn't rush through it. When she finished she advised me that she had an appointment and someone else would do my manicure. I did not like that they use used nail filters - especially during a pandemic. Kelly was my pedicurist and she did a great job - I understand what other reviews mean when they talk about the "pain" - that drill and cuticle push back is painful but I like my nails! Tiffany really loves what she does and it shows. I don't have to say anything. If she does not like something she will will fix it. If it's not to her liking she will take the initiative and fix it, even if I tell her " it's okay". She has a bubbly personality even when it's 8:00 and they close at 7. I don't have much money but I feel obligated to tip her well because she goes over and beyond. I made a pedicure appointment and ended up having to wait 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. There were only 3 employees working at the time and all were booked, so I understood. The amount of color options they offer is absurd! Almost overwhelming but there is something for everyone. My pedicure was pretty speedy but enjoyable. I was in and out within the hour. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:30 on the dot. I was not greeted, instructed to sign in and stated to the manager, I had an appointment at 3:30. He didn't inform me that he'd be with me soon or anything. So, I grabbed the color swatches and sat down. I wasn't called over until 4:05pm, no apology, no update for the 35 minutes I was waiting, just silence. To top things off, they were out of the color I wanted. Apparently they had 2 regular polishes and none of the gel in that color. Okay, here's my real complaint. After waiting 35 mins past my appointment time, I sat down and got a poor manicure that I paid $35 + tip for. My pedicure was fine except for the cold water, but I was not satisfied with my manicure of the cleanliness of the place. The guy did not listen to how I wanted my nails shaped and they turned out uneven and too pointed. The quality of polish was really awful, so much so that it was chipping and flaking off after a day. Well, I use to go to this nail salon when CC was there. She has since moved to a new salon and I was going an extra 30 minutes just to see her. I didn't have that much time Monday morning so I went to Revive and I was so disappointed. The nail tech nicked me 3 times, definitely bleeding and in discomfort. Of course I have to be at work in 45 minutes now, because she took extra long, and I didn't have time to do anything. I am extremely unpleased and $50 later.... After trying to call 55 times from 2:30 pm until 6:15 pm and again at 8:21 pm; I finally got someone on the phone. Kathy hung up on me so I called back and she told me to call tomorrow and speak to the owner. Tuesday morning I spoke to the owner and he said all we can go is give you 50% back. This I took because he didn't feel like anything was wrong. Obviously this nail tech needs more training. I hope this review helps you find another nail salon. read more

I come there twice a month, I see Eddie every time and spend good money every time I am there. Not to mention I ALWAYS make an appointment. However today I got there a limit early and Eddie stated I was a little early but not that it would be 30-45 before he could get to me because of an walk-in. I used to love this salon but the past times I've been I've had horrible experiences. The pedicures are painful and the people who work here are very rude. They are pretty rough with everything and to be honest the last time I got my toes done I paid attention to how they clean their tools and there is no way any of their methods are up to code. My toes were twisted every which way and my skin was ripped at in places it didn't need to be. The acrylics they do are mediocre but it just depends on what nail tech you get. I wouldn't recommend coming here. A couple months ago, maybe I would have but not anymore. EVERYTIME I get my eyebrows done I always explain how I want my eyebrows because they're thick with a nice arch . The lady act like she understand when I was explaining but did the complete opposite. This wasn't a very good experience, first time there. I had one lady first & I told her what I wanted & a design on a few of my nails. She gets up a little later & a new lady comes. I just assumed the other lady was busy & she told this lady what I wanted. First she refused to do the shape of my nail I wanted. Then she was shaving down my cuticles & she was being so rough. Very relaxing atmosphere, pleasant staff, and great service. In and out in an hour, made an appointment the day before. Their scheduling system is easy to navigate. The salon itself is clean and simple with not too much stuff on the walls, much more pleasing to the eye when you want to relax. I went for a mani and pedi and they did a terrific job. The only reason I gave them one star is because yelp will not let me give negative stars. The service at this nail salon was terrible from the start; the wait to even be seated took 20min. When I finally got sat down to have my nails done the lady made my finger bleed. Instead of waiting for the bleeding to stop she started applying coats to my nails. After she started applying the color to my nails I realized that it was not the color I asked for. As my hand kept bleeding she used a tissue to clean it and kept painting. When she was finished she was touching them up and accidentally took nail polish remover to half of my thumb nail messing it up. Instead of redoing my nail properly she painted over it causing wrinkles and bubbles to form in my nail. Then she took the clear coat and put it over the still wet and now very smudged nail making it worse. She then took me to the nail dryers and sat me down. After a couple of minutes I decided to leave and if things weren't already bad when I got to my car I realized that all of my nails had wrinkles in them and my thumb had a very noticeable bubble from where she screwed up. They looked terrible! When I went back the next day to get a refund the man didn't even look at me or apologize and told me that they do not do refunds and that he would repaint them. I declined and asked for my money back again because I did not want to sit for another hour to watch them screw up my nails again. In the end I did not get my money back and was left with horrid nails that I now have to pay to be redone somewhere else. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone because this was the worst nail salon that I have ever had the misfortune of going to. read more
