    I came in with a child that had a suspected fracture and was told that if radiology confirmed a…read morefracture, I would receive a call within two hours. During the visit, an emergency situation arose, and I was quickly discharged without any aftercare instructions or documentation. While I completely understand that emergencies take priority, I expected follow-up communication as promised. The next morning, having received no call and seeing no updates to my records, I contacted the office. I was told a provider would call me within two hours. Four hours later, after hearing nothing, I called again and was told I would receive a call at 4:00 PM when the provider arrived. Again, no call came. At 5:04 PM--approximately 19 hours after my appointment--I finally received the radiology report confirming a fracture. By that point, I had already been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get answers. When I finally reached someone, I was told the provider was too busy and would call me back. I refused the call back and told them I wasn't going off hold till I spoke to someone. I was on hold for nearly an hour. After which the doctor was shocked that I was sent home without the taping she told me he would get (I argued with the assistant that night and she told me it wasn't necessary), no follow up instructions, and no orthopedic referrals. She also told me that they should have never promised me a call back during the day since she wasn't there. I said, Well these are YOUR colleagues and I'm very unhappy with the services provided. I didn't get any visit summary/after care until 3 days after the visit. To top it off, the business leaves a bland, Thank you for your feedback comment on my Google review instead of actually reaching out to me as a client/patient. This was an absolutely awful patient experience from the x-rays forward.
