Some highlights to speak on: 1) Parking is ample, both street parking and the lot that is tucked behind the building. 2) Wait time is minimal (~10 min if that?) when you enter to check in for your appointment. By the time you're finished filling out all the necessary forms, a nurse comes out and calls you to take vitals. 3) Everyone is kind is professional. My PCP at this practice is Dr. Kwabena Owusu and he is THE BEST. I actually had my annual physical with him today. Very personable, easy going, and friendly. One time I had a mild scare (too embarrassing to go into detail lols) and called the office to see if he could fit me in. Despite him having a full schedule, he was willing to quickly fit me in for a quick 10-15 consultation for my issue. He is wonderful and would recommend him if anyone is looking for a PCP. I'm actually surprised that there are such low ratings for this practice, but I don't require much. As long as people are professional, generally nice, and don't speak down/at me, I'm a happy camper.

Looking back, our family watched the medication negatively impact her quality of life, and it was heartbreaking to witness. I understand migraines are extremely difficult to treat, and patients deserve compassion and relief. However, I believe there should have been greater caution, monitoring, and discussion about the risks associated with prolonged use of an opioid nasal spray known to carry dependency concerns. I hope this practice takes concerns about medication dependence seriously and prioritizes safer long-term treatment approaches for vulnerable patients.

If you aren't at the "official poverty rate" or below, forget it. I had a banking problem and a check was returned. I'm mortified, but the message that they left me saying that they will never accept another check from me? I find that a little excessive. Trying to get an appointment is ridiculous. I had to wait a month for a pre-op physical! There is a definite disconnect between the medical side of things and the day-to-day mechanics that I'm having a hard time overcoming. I have been chasing down their billing office for a Lab Corp bill that I received that is covered by insurance. Allcare billed the wrong insurance company, and I continue to receive delinquent bill payment notices from Labcorp. Despite filing two tickets with Allcare, the issue has t been resolved in five months. Absolutely ridiculous. Allcare is seeking to be your primary care physician. We bought into that and gave it a chance. Now, I regret it. Absolutely clueless folks working in the billing and payments section. I wouldn't send my enemies here.

This office is hard to reach and reception at the "main location" is terrible. Most of the time no one picks up. I have noticed that unlike other dr offices you can only be seen with an appointment. Which is fine and dandy for wellness visits but when sickness happens sporadically you are basically forced to go elsewhere. My little girl has been sick (negative covid) for 4 days. They won't see her because of the symptoms without a covid test they preform. Before that test can even be done you need a televisit. Once that's done then you can wait in the covid line and then schedule an appointment. The hoops are ridiculous and as others have said a disgrace on the medical profession. Because of the service, despite the amazing drs we may need to look elsewhere. I see now why the turnover is so high here. As an adult I've had to switch drs about 4 times. It's the same for my husband. As a professional I would not want to be associated with the clerical staff...

During the visit, an emergency situation arose, and I was quickly discharged without any aftercare instructions or documentation. While I completely understand that emergencies take priority, I expected follow-up communication as promised. The next morning, having received no call and seeing no updates to my records, I contacted the office. I was told a provider would call me within two hours. Four hours later, after hearing nothing, I called again and was told I would receive a call at 4:00 PM when the provider arrived. Again, no call came. At 5:04 PM--approximately 19 hours after my appointment--I finally received the radiology report confirming a fracture. By that point, I had already been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get answers. When I finally reached someone, I was told the provider was too busy and would call me back. I refused the call back and told them I wasn't going off hold till I spoke to someone. I was on hold for nearly an hour. After which the doctor was shocked that I was sent home without the taping she told me he would get (I argued with the assistant that night and she told me it wasn't necessary), no follow up instructions, and no orthopedic referrals. She also told me that they should have never promised me a call back during the day since she wasn't there. I said, Well these are YOUR colleagues and I'm very unhappy with the services provided. I didn't get any visit summary/after care until 3 days after the visit. To top it off, the business leaves a bland, Thank you for your feedback comment on my Google review instead of actually reaching out to me as a client/patient. This was an absolutely awful patient experience from the x-rays forward.
