This place was huge and PACKED. I prefer smaller parks like Altitude in Merrimack especially because this place didn't seem to have much control over the spaces or monitoring of behavior there were much older youth in spaces with little ones and frankly the entire place seemed like chaos. The stars come from some of the unique spaces: climbing wall, super sized building blocks, playscape with steep slide etc. We were there for a birthday party and the party room was tiny compared to other places though all those rooms are too small. We probably wouldn't return here over other options. read more

Nova has so much variety compared to other trampoline parks. It has two different multi level playground climbing areas with slides, a ropes course, mini arcade, rock climbing wall, toddler play area, ninja warrior space, balance beams over a block pit, zip line, and so many trampolines. The place is huge and clean. We've come here 6 times in the past year, and our kids love it. Plus the prices are very reasonable. Had my son's 4th birthday and it was spectacular. The parents have great sight lines. The rooms are clean and partially decorated. You get a party assistant, which is so helpful for setup. And the play areas are labeled by age, so you don't have to worry too much about your four year old getting trounced unless they are on the open trampolines. It's clean, has loads of parking, and is very reasonably priced. I can't recommend them enough! read more

We had an absolute blast here! There is so much to do here beyond what is normally at trampoline parks. My 4 year old had a blast, and our 7 year old friend did as well. There is plenty to do for all ages, as we saw older kids too having a blast. There was a dodge ball area, big slides into a giant ball pit, several areas with foam cubes to jump into (some shallow enough for adults to not get stuck ) ninja course, ropes course, and on and on! My only complaints- the price is a little bit steep, but at the same time, comparable to other places. 38 bucks for my 4 year old and myself to have an hour was just a lot to me. If they had some kind of membership option or multi pass, we would be back more often. The other complaint- they don't allow outside food, but also don't have food? They have snacks, but again, if we could bring lunch, I would have bought a more expensive ticket for a longer time there. read more

We went there on a Sunday afternoon jump time was from 4:00 - 5:00 P.M. party time 5:00 - 5:40 P.M. it was $ 340.00 for 11 kids they gave you 11 waters and 2 pizzas so it was @ $31.00 dollars per child, their was 7 kids 6 adults we felt their wasn't really enough pizza for all of us we asked if we could get more pizza.....they said we would have to give them at least 24 hour notice ......?..... they don't make the pizza there so we had to call the closest pizza place and have it delivered they gave you little tiny ice cream cups we brought the cake we had to ask for napkins and utensils she brought plastic spoons we also had to buy small bottles of Pepsi's with the Pepsi's we bought and the added pizza's we bought it was close to $ 400.00 dollars plus $tip very expensive it was fun for the kids but again for that much money ??? read more

This place has a lot for the kids to do and plenty of couches for the parents or non jumpers. Ropes course, zip line, ninja course, and more. The best part is it's super clean! I know it's new so hopefully it stays clean with time. They have employees vacuuming and keeping it clean. read more

We had London's 3rd birthday here and it was such an amazing experience. Kevin who is the manager and alongside his team was very helpful and made sure to tend to customers needs. Plenty of times , they walked by the room to see if anything was needed and also complimented to decor. Kevin made sure that our bill was accurate by refunding us the remaining of what was taken out from the order. Also, the front desk worked efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth process for our party. Overall, I rate this place a 10/10. Lots of different trampoline related activities for kids on bad weather days. Good rooms for parties and adults accompanying kids to sit.

Watched teen girls get into a fist fight. No parents in sight. The poor employees were telling the girls to leave and they wouldn't listen. Employee called the cops to handle it. While chasing my 2 year old found a bag of white drugs on the floor. Kicked it over to near an employee and he brought it over to the police who reported it was a baggie of Fentanyl! Glad no young children picked it up and put it in their mouth! After that I began to search the floors better and realized how dirty the place is. Need vacuums and to clean better for sure! Need better rules in place, these unruly teens shouldn't be running around if no parent is present. Especially since they can't respect the employees. Better training for employees for safety and maybe gloves for them to carry with them in case of finding drugs or people being injured. I personally will not be back due to the company this area apparently attracts. Definitely need to make some changes. Owners poor response to this situation is also rather disappointing. I've heard other complaints about the owner but I now see! I wouldn't want my kids working here either! read more
