Danny and Addie are passionate about there role at Noah's and working with them was a breeze. Their knowledge, experience and team work made me and my wife enjoy every moment of communication with them. The day of the wedding the stress relief Danny and his team took off my shoulders was amazing and will be forever grateful. He and his staff constantly checked in to see if we needed anything and made sure everything was moving smoothly as scheduled. If Danny, Addie, Brianna, and their newest member Bri are a representation of Noah's then the they are by far the most professional Venue chain in the market across the US. Noah's should be grateful to have such a remarkable staff running the Bedford, NH location.

But Matt and his family are unprofessional…read more Firstly, and most importantly, Matt is terrible at communication which makes it extremely frustrating and stressful to plan a wedding. He is impossible to get a hold of to answer questions (after you put your deposit down). He is a big talker when you first meet him but he is just a used car salesman who treats you like he has no time for you the minute he gets your deposit. Secondly, the night of the wedding, his two boys were running around my wedding eating my dessert table. And this was early in the night too, (not leftovers). Matt was also drunk by the end of the night. It was basically a big party for them. Another thing, which is least important, he did not set up the tent and furniture until the morning of my wedding. So I could not see where he was putting things to change them. He also said he was going to put stuff out and then didn't. You can pay extra to use his furniture collection but he doesn't pay attention to what you want from it. It's honestly junk too. Lastly, there is only a porta-potty. There are no actual bathrooms for your guests. If you look at the Venue in the winter he will hide that fact so just be careful because renting bathrooms is expensive.

Our waitress was especially sweet, cheerful, and attentive throughout the evening. The owner even stopped by our table to check in and say hello, which was a nice personal touch you don't always see. Service was strong all around. The only small hiccup was that the glasses placed on our table by the host were not clean, but once service got going everything else was smooth and professional. The food was the star of the night. We shared a salad to start, then ordered the tomahawk steak with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus -- the steak was tender, flavorful, and cooked well. We also added the wild mushroom risotto on the side, which was rich and satisfying. Drinks were well made and not watered down, which we definitely appreciated. For dessert, we finished with the molten lava chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream -- a perfect sweet ending. The interior is clean and comfortable, though some of the furniture could use updating. Years ago this resort was Stonehenge and everything was glorious.The dining room was special with…read moreamazing food.Apparently it closed and was bought and renamed.Although the outside still looks lovely, the inside lighting is very dark.I stayed here due to its proximity to a party I was attending in the area. The hostess informed me upon check in that the dining room and bar were closed due to lack of staff. Okay, but it's Saturday! Luckily I had eaten at the party so I decided to use the pool.It was a bit of a walk to get to the pool.One needs to leave the front of the hotel and through the parking lot, following a path to the pool.Apparently, there is no way to access the pool without making this journey.It's okay during the summer but limits use in winter.Inside the pool one other family informed me that the hot tub wasn't very hot.I tried it for myself and it was lukewarm.At least the jets worked.The ladies room is lacking safety mats and doesn't have a specified changing room, just two toilets.There was a door with no door knob and when I opened it saw what is apparently a spa.As it was closed and dark I closed the door.As I entered the pool area there were tools just laying around.For 300 a night, one expects a higher quality experience. The room itself didn't have any info. about the area and didn't have a welcoming vibe.There should be a safety mat in the bathroom. In the morning I was hoping for the advertised breakfast.Upon entering the breakfast area I saw a bunch of appliances lined up but hardly any food to eat.There wasn't even a coffee station.There was a sad small Keurig maker.All they offered was cold cereal, stale tiny croissants, fruit that looked sad, grapes still in their package...not even cleaned or presented.In the fridge there was just milk.No juice! The other family that came in with kids told their mom they were hungry and asked"where is the food?" They left.I ate a stale croissant, and drank a Keurig coffee and left hungry.I've stayed at hotels all across the country and have never seen such a disgraceful display.If you're going to charge 300 a night then make an effort!
