She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She asked what kind of jimmies I wanted instead of assuming, happily answered my questions about the flavors, and served everything with a genuine smile. On such a hot summer day, while many people her age are out with friends, she was working hard and providing outstanding customer service. See photo of website that I checked today. I even had my wife call them to confirm because it is April 23rd and I wasn't sure if the season started yet. No one answers the phone. They just have a recording saying to check their website for days and hours. So we drove there. The ticket booth had a lighted sign that says, "Open" and listed their hours as Noon - 6PM Monday through Sunday starting April 19th but no one was there and many rides had tarps over them. We walked around looking for someone and finally found a person who worked there. They said they are only open on weekends. My wife explained that she called and no one answers the phone. The person said that we should have checked the website for their hours. She said, "We did and it says you are open." As does the lit up sign at the ticket booth! The person said, "Well all the rides are closed and covered with tarps." Anyway, my granddaughter started crying. She was so disappointed because we had told her all about the rides and bounce house and she had been so excited to go. We couldn't go back on the weekend because she was leaving to go back home to Maine on Friday. This place has gone downhill. This is the second time in the last year that it has been closed when it was supposed to be open and I will not subject my grand kids to this nonsense and disappointment, nor will I give my hard earned money to a company with such poor customer service. Save your money and go someplace where they will treat you right!

I believe we visited on a Tuesday or Wednesday, whichever night it was they had a special an hour of Nerf wars for $20/pp. Our son had a great time in the HUGE (HUUUUUUUGE!!!) bounce area ( it is so big they have CCTV in the back for parents/non-participents to watch from the seating area). They also had a variety of games, which require a pre-paid card, but were all very reasonably priced (0.25 cents to $1.75). The pre-paid card also came with certain deals (load $10 receive $12 credit) and there were a variety of games for a variety of different skill-levels. They had the "play until you win" claw machine too, which is great for kids of all ages. The prize wall was expansive and the prizes were "priced" fairly. It ranged from a few points for candy to thousands of points for larger items. My son was able to get a stuffed animal for around 700 points, and he loves that thing. The area was clean, it was not crowded, parking was plentiful and staff was friendly and approachable. We really loved Xtreme craze.

We maybe had 15 kids and 30 and we were wall to wall crammed into a small party room for cake and pizza. Then we didn't have enough time to do our gifts there. The whole thing was so rushed. When we first arrived we were in one gym, thank was dark and dusty. The second gym was bigger and nicer but they didn't have as much time in this gym and once we were in the party room we weren't aloud back in the gyms to play... it was just like rushed, and small. I was extremely disappointed, the kids had fun which is and was what was important but as a parent paying $500 for this party I expected a much better experience. And I can not even imagine if all the kids and adults that were invited could have made it how we could have fit anymore people in that tiny party room. Never again.
