When this was Doctors Care, it was efficient, run well, things went quickly, and I would have given it a 5:00. Since it's changed to Novant, sane your co-pay. When I came in there were 2 people in front of me. We entered at 9:09. 10:15 we were still waiting and the woman still had my insurance card and driver's license. Most places, I go, I get it back in about 15 minutes. Other people that came in after got called back-and not just one or two. I finally went up to her about the cards and when I was on the list and she said "next" and she was still working on my cards. The doctor was fine if you can deal with the rest. The young lady at the front desk was very professional and caring. The intake nurse was ok, just not too friendly. The woman who saw me was very nice, a little rushed although their waiting room was empty so not sure why she was hurried. I don't know if she was a doctor or lnp but anyway- she said I had a very bad sinus infection and prescribed several meds, all of which she neglected to send in to the pharmacy Not sure what's going on here. Hopefully someone in charge looks at Yelp reviews every once in awhile because this Doctor's Care isn't doing too well in the stars department. read more

EXTREMELY HATEFUL staff. front desk girl my shell was incredibly rude and acted as if me asking if they were in network with my insurance company was a top secret that they couldn't reveal.. never will return. it's unfortunate that medical care cannot be granted with out a attitude from h€ll. read more

The wait time and redundancy is unacceptable. Why check in online yet you get there and check in on their screen and still have to fill out paper. Depending on the secretary could take 20 mins for her to give you paperwork to fill, and because her back is all you see when you are at the front desk since she is on a computer. If you are a patient who has returned it seems like you should not have to fill out paperwork again, the computer check in should be enough just add a few more questions like here is your last bit of info is this still up to date? Then you wait another 20 or 30 min to be called and depending on what you need instead of the order you signed in determines who is called next. Many improvements need to be made the one thing I can say staff is always friendly.I have been here a few times so that much I can say. read more

Dr. Green and Dr. Mason are very friendly and caring. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The check in online option is very convenient. My children would rather see Dr. Mason than their actual pediatrician. read more

I took my daughter here and she tested positive for the flu. They told me they sent her prescriptions to 1place, they never received them. I went back to doctors care where I was told i went to the wrong pharmacy so i went to the "right one", they also hadn't received anything. I called doctors care, "we were just about to call you, go to the 1st pharmacy you went to, we're on the phone with them now". It took 1hour and 15 minutes for them to actually call in her prescriptions! read more

The doctors are good,but the nurse is horrible and very unprofessional.i hate that they make me see her every time.she already didnt listen to me,then the lady who checks the vitals told her that I wanted to see someone else.They made me see her anyway and she just referred me different places,she addressed the fact I didnt want to see her and didnt let me speak on it at all.They are only concerned with your money not your health. read more

SLOWEST urgency care I've ever been to. I got there at 1215PM and at 145PM I still hadn't seen the doctor.

I was very impressed with this location today. Dr. Mason was phenomenal with my two, very frightened foster babies. And the staff was very helpful to me, as I tried to wrangle two sick babies under two. Often times these type of facilities are called "doc in a box" and are known for having minimal bedside manner, but this group truly exhibited patience and holistic medicine.
