During our first consultation, she asked me my objectives and proposed a short series of treatments - a chemical skin treatment and three RF microneedling sessions. It was more affordable than I had thought, and we did the first treatment that day. She educated me on each step, always described what she was doing and why, and repeatedly checked in on my comfort (which was fine - slight stinging, but I kind of liked that - it told me it was working!). After my second session, I could already see the results. I'm ready for my third, and I understand this is when I'll start to see the real, longer-term effects. The ipad that is needed to complete the check-in process errored out on me, so I had to answer questions after my checkup. And the checkup itself was not as thorough as I've had in the past by other providers, but I'm going to take that as it being very clear to my that I don't have issues due to what she saw in my exam/my medical history. When I arrived I told them what happened and they said they couldn't see me. I understand that schedules need to be kept however their inflexibility when they don't provide clear directions (I can't be the first person this happened to) is not the kind of experience I have ever received anywhere else.
