These unpleasant people park where they want, snatch other peoples' stuff, try to negotiate ridiculous prices, and generally make life difficult for those of us who know better. If I were ever in a situation where I needed to sell off my own relatives' possessions, Jenny Massad is EXACTLY the person I'd want to do it. She is open and honest and always looking for the best way to help folks who are clearing out their homes for whatever reason -- a recent death, downsizing, moving for a new job, etc. She posts photos online DAYS ahead of her sales to let everyone around know what will be available. Jenny is super-well connected, friendly, and really tries to give back to the community that has supported her over the years.
