Wow! What a find! We had a two-year-old who really needed a fun pumpkin experience and this was the perfect place. Definitely more low-key than some of the other bigger operations but so perfect for our family. There were goats, they were pumpkins, and there was a little mini pumpkin maze, which was just there . The vibe was exactly what we needed. We went on a rainy day, but managed to find a two hour window with a little bit of sunshine. Couldn't have been better! They've got all different types of pumpkins that you can either pick yourself or just choose off the shelves. There was also a craft fair with holiday crafts. Oh! And a really nice restroom!! Lots of parking too. My only suggestion might be to have a few places to sit down along the long path to the corn maze. I'm recovering from a back injury and that might've been a nice addition. A pumpkin patch that's just a short drive from the Eastside and isn't swarming with crowds. Most places are charging astronomical prices just for entry so I'm glad this place wasn't. It's early in the season and the pumpkins were fresh on the vine to cut (they provide shears) and all looked in perfect condition. They also have a large variety of carts, wagons and wheelbarrows to borrow and pull into the fields. Prices are vague and not clearly listed; it also didn't help that the staff was confused what to charge me for a white ghost pumpkin I picked from the field. The main barnyard area has a nice aesthetic with a photo op area and tractor kids can sit on. There's also a small goat area too, because you can't go wrong with animals. Other attractions included a corn maze that was a bit further, that we decided to skip. There are small children's areas within the barn including a mini tricycle track, corn pit, hay maze, but they honestly weren't memorable. Overall it's a smaller local pumpkin patch farm for a basic visit, but there's definitely potential to grow. read more

I had an absolutely wonderful pumpkin patch experience at Novelty Hill Farm! It was refreshing to visit a small, family run farm without a large entrance fee, unlike the bigger patches in the Snohomish area. There was only a handful of visitors there which made for a very pleasant time going through the corn maze scavenger hunt, munching on delicious homemade caramel corn and hot cider and scavenging for that perfect pumpkin. A cute humble little farm right outside of Duvall. Went there for the pumpkin patch. Parking was easy with plenty of space, especially for a weekend. The main barn is where you pay for your pumpkins and also where you can purchase fine art, food, and jewelry from local artists. Outside of the barn is a place to sit around a fire and relax. If you want a pumpkin, then you would grab a wheel barrel and head down a short road toward the patch. The patch is a bit small, so pumpkins, especially large ones go by fast, so be sure to get one in early October. However, if you don't want to cut your own fresh pumpkin, you can buy pre-cut ones back at the barn. Next to the pumpkin patch is the maze. It's a pretty small maze which took about 15 minutes to get out of, so don't worry about getting lost. The soil is pretty muddy, so be sure to wear shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Don't bring your nice expensive Nikes like I saw other people do. Definitely go support this farm! It's also a great place for family photos and events, as the barn is able to be rented out. Also, the farm is pet friendly, so bring your dog. read more

Gorgeous! My family and I had the best day here. First of all, a beautiful location, felt like we were visiting a friend's farm, rather than a business. I've been around for years and didn't know where the actual barn was until I payed attention to the signs and went up the roundabout. Don't be fooled with the cars outside. Go inside and you could find a parking spot near one of the 2 barns. The biggest one has squash and pumpkins in and outside. You also have to pay your corn maze entrance there. Take pictures and then hit the second barn to buy a pumpkin pay and hot cider. Afterwards, you can sit by the firepit. Walk through the dirt trail under the street (pretty cool, right?) Where you will find a troll as in Seattle but a smaller version; and a stream on the other side. Continue and you'll find a fun setting for a picture. At the end of the trail would be the corn maze and the pumpkin patch. I loved this patch because pumpkins are not cut and have flowers. All the green leaves have orange and yellow popping. Looks super nice! Love nature! We also went into the maze. They have a map but I guess it's funnier to do it by yourself. The party will have lots of fun! read more

What a gem! The cutest farm with so much to offer besides many gorgeous pumpkins to pick. It was not too crowded and full of charm. The ciders, the fire pit, the farm store, everything you need. Corn maze was a medium size so it was good for families and little kids. The farm animals were so adorable! Piglets and sheep made the day for my kids. Lastly, they allow dogs!! Such nice owners. So cute! Like from a hallmark movie and so cute! Fire pit with s'mores, games for little kids, goats, pumpkin patch and maze.

They have wonderful pumpkins. We loved the path to get to the patch. My friend said this is exactly what I was looking for. We got to cut our own pumpkins off the vine. They have a sink outside next to the bathrooms, we didn't but the sinks are deep you could wash your pumpkins there. We bought our pumpkins at a great price and put them in our cars and went to the barn. They have a trike area and a snack bar. We bought some s'mores to eat by the fire and then took the kids upstairs to burn off their energy. What a fun day! It rained but it didn't stop us. Go visit, they have the best pumpkins! read more

I love supposrting local family run farms and businesses. Novelty Hill is a very nice family owned and run little farm with many different kinds and colors of pumpkins. There are games, a hay maze, goats and bunnies. The also sell hot dogs, cider, smores and popcorn. Perfect size for my toddler grandkids without being overwhelming. read more
