I had reserved the party bus a week before my birthday celebration and I paid the deposit fee. I called on Monday wanting to pay the remaining balance and told them I would be using a different card. I put my card on $500 daily limit and did not want the money pulled on Friday or Saturday. I gave them my card information and repeated that I wanted it charged that same day. The guy said okay he would take care of it. My friends and I are getting ready Saturday and I just happened to look at my phone with a message from Dallas Party Ride saying my card did not go through and I also noticed they used the wrong card. My boyfriend called and they sent us a link to pay the remaining balance on the correct card. However, my card had got declined. My boyfriend called back for a new link and per their policy, they could not give another link. My card declined and was locked because it looked like suspicious, fraud activity. Our only option was to pay in cash. Very frustrating because I was told this had already been handled and I gave my card number over the phone trusting they would take care of everything. It makes me wonder if my card information is just laying around somewhere. When I expressed my concerns with the lady, she did not show any care to the situation and had no explanation. The party bus was fun but I will NOT be using this service ever again.
