I've also had the pork belly, ribs, and tri tip which are also good, but the brisket is the best - hands down! The pork belly and ribs are delicious and smoky. The tri tip is super flavorful, but half of my tri tip pieces were hard to chew and the other pieces were super tender so I'd say it's the luck of the draw depending on which cut of it you get. I also love their mac + cheese and beans + brisket as sides. Since Big Pink's is a food truck, there's limited seating (only 1 picnic table) but we live so close by that we've just taken it to go and eaten it at home! The employees are super nice. My fiance ordered the bbq mix which included the bbq chicken, beef, and short ribs and I thought the beef was so yummy. The portion size was big.
