Now they are scattered all over the campuses, still open all day and night. My go to was always the one by the College Ave library. They are quick. they are HUGE, they are tasty. Basically they have every combo you could ever want. Moz sticks, fries, chicken fingers, gyro meat, literally you name it and they have a sandwich created for it. They are food trucks, so you won't find places to sit but it's Rutgers! If you are on College Ave, they have that row of tables across from Au Bon Pain or you can go to the grassy area outside the Zimmerli. There are always cute little nooks to hang out on and enjoy your 1500 calorie regret. (Just kidding) ((Not kidding)).
