A week later, the crown fell out. I went back to Goldstein to get the crown back on. And a month ago, the crown fell out AGAIN, and this time its filling came out with it. I went back Goldstein again to request the problem fixed. This time, a root canal had to be redone by a Root Canal Specialists since this exposed the entire inside of the tooth, and then a new crown. However, Goldstein asked me to pay for all expenses on these repairs at the fault for their doing a subpar job. If I had gone to a better place to get works done, none of this would have happened. I wouldn't have been requested to pay for someone else's inability to get the job done the first and second time around.

He was also very understanding of my anxiety, even asking what he could do to help put me at ease. The hygienist was very professional and gentle. The office itself is clean, nicely lit, and noticeably lacks that signature "hospital" smell, which I love. There is a Keurig and they offer tea, coffee, and water. They also have kids toy's and magazines available. Office staff are very helpful and friendly as well. They got me booked for a same day emergency appointment, and I was even offered an earlier time when they had a cancellation. Overall I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone with anxiety or a full blown dental phobia like me!

I had an appointment at 1PM to get my teeth cleaned by Kim. I came at my appointment time, but my…read morehygienist was swaped & they had me seeing Georgia. I saw Georgia the first time I had my teeth cleaned. Georgia dropped the suction apparatus on the floor. She picked it up off the floor, & put it directly back in my mouth. I told the front desk that I never wanted to see that hygienist again. The front desk person said that someone changed my appointment back to Georgia. I asked to speak to Dr. Salah. He was unable to talk to me as he was between patients. The manager Mindy came out & asked me if I would stay, I could get my teeth cleaned by Kim at 2PM, then I could talk to the dentist at that time. I was already told by the front desk person that if I waited until 2PM I could then get my teeth cleaned. Approximately 25 minutes later Mindy came out & told me that Kim couldn't stay, but she would have Dr. Salah call me as soon as he was done. All of this was done in front of other patients with no care being taken by the staff. By 6PM I tried calling but the practice was closed. I never recieved a call back from Dr. Salah. This dentist was refered to me by numerous family members. I still can't believe I was treated this way.
