I couldn't be more pleased. I think I've been in there 5 times this year, getting work done I put off for years. Two of those times were cleanings... something I previously dreaded but now was so comfortable and happy with the process I actually went back after 6 months (like they recommend - go figure)! No bleeding gums. No pain. These are nice, highly competent people that you actually like to see - in addition to doing a terrific job. They really go out of their way to explain and put context around everything they're doing while you're there, and also the options because you always have choices about what you have done & when. SO refreshing. In addition to the great dentistry the office is run very well. They have the latest technology so they can show you everything that is going on. I finally let him pull it, he threw it in the tray and walked away. The assistant picked it up and showed me the infection on the roots. I knew it was infected because the pain would go down when I took antibiotics for other conditions. I found a new dentist after that. They did a lot of repair work that had been neglected by the prior dentist. I've had a couple years of no dental pain after leaving this dentist.

He was able to save teeth that I thought were going to have to be pulled due to the poor work of a prior dentist (with only one needing a crown), and all the teeth he's worked on feel as though they've never needed a filling. If you dread getting the cleanings because of a combination of sensitive teeth and hygienists who seem sadistic, make sure you ask for Kim. She's willing to take the time to clean manually (sans sonic torture device), but very thoroughly. Even the office staff is so friendly and helpful that I've accidentally smiled while paying a bill! This place has good ratings for all the right reasons; if you're browsing reviews to choose your next dentist like I was, this is the one.

Also, somehow my teeth had a good periodontal pocket depth measurement, now when measured with this new ownership in one year I went from 2-3 to 5-6's. The want $1000 to clean them. But my plan was changed the second I opened the door and was met by Tiffany's warm and welcoming smile at the counter. Her friendly vibe was so disarming that my 'business-only' attitude melted away, and before I knew it, I was officially a patient. My wife found it funny. My first consultation with the amazing Dr. Joseph Shimoun was... memorable. I boldly (and perhaps a bit stupidly) asked him to just pull all my teeth and set me up with some dentures. Instead of laughing at my ignorance, he listened to me with genuine concern as he wanted to understand where I was comming from with such a request. With the calm demeanor, he gently explained that I might not fully grasp what I was asking for and then showed me that he could give me back my own smile. He promised he could create a treatment plan with options, and he delivered. After some scans, some surprisingly fun chats, and some great tunes, we sat down again. He laid out a complete roadmap to fix my teeth, explaining every detail. Better yet, he assured me he'd personally work with my insurance to get it all covered. I didn't know how to refuse and went with his plan happily. What followed were many, many appointments - some stretching over three hours! Through it all, Dr. Shimoun's focus and patience never wavered. The man is a dental artist. My mouth, once a broken-down mess that made me forget how to smile naturally, is now filled with a full set of beautifully repaired teeth. No more cracks, no more holes! Dr. Shimoun's incredible dedication, Lexi's expert and gentle care, and Tiffany's ever-present kindness have left the greatest impression on me. Though I didn't meet a single staff member I didn't like, those three are the ones that really stuck with me. Thanks to them, I'm no longer afraid to smile while driving my school bus. The amazing care didn't stop with me. My wife is now a patient, and when I brought my kids in, the team showed their true colors.
