He carefully figured out exactly what my problem was and proposed a simple solution. I had immediate relief and would highly recommend him. If you need things like arch support, he goes over the options from inexpensive inserts that you can pick up at a pharmacy to slightly better ones that he has available at a low cost (I think it was $75) to more expensive custom inserts, but he told me to save my money as the lower cost inserts were sufficient for my issues. I've never left a review for one of my doctors before, but this experience was a great one and I wanted people to know about Dr. Resnick.

You need competent doctors here, and for your feet there are no better ones than the doctors at Family Footcare. It's what they do. Only feet. That's their specialty. You get through the paperwork, and then they usually take you to a room where they soak your feet in a warm whirlpool of water. Then if your nails need to be clipped, they are done right there. After that, they give you designer slippers made of paper, and shuffle you to an office, and it's there where you get a doctor who knows what they are doing. If you need inserts, or new shoes, or medicine to treat your foot problem, you can relax and know that they have it all. Soup to nuts as I would say, except they really don't have soup, and they're not nuts.

I left a message Saturday morning and heard back in a matter of a couple hours. Instead of recommending I go to the ER on a weekend, he took time out of his day off to come to the office and care for my issue. I was blown away, I did not expect this act of kindness. Dr Yu is very knowledgeable and caring the only downside for him for some patients can be he doesn't take Anthem insurance, there are other doctors in this practice who do,but he does take United Healthcare which I have. When I walked into this office I was on the brink of having two toes amputated and Dr Yu saved both of them which I am so grateful. I go for routine diabetic foot exams. Saw dr yoo who tried to upsell me on a machine that I would use at home to heal my foot that my insurance didn't cover I said "no" more than once, but low and behold the machine gets delivered to my house while at work with a hefty $1500 price tag I call the company and tell them I want to return it (mind you unused & unopened) and they say they can't as it was "prescribed" I go to the doctor office and film myself returning it there and they say they will have dr yoo send it back but of course he's on a two week vacation, they of course let it sit and I keep getting billed until I finally threaten to get a lawyer involved as this is very unsavory practice and they finally get it returned. Also my foot never healed correctly as they just advised a boot for six weeks when I should have had surgery.
