Tried the signature bowl and the siempre bowl. The bowls were delicious! Large portion for an affordable price when compared to other açaí bowls in the area. The fruit in the signature bowl was all fresh but the mango in the siempre bowl seemed to come from a can. I would stay away from the bowls that have pineapple/mango because canned fruits in an açaí bowl defeats the purpose of eating something that's supposed to be fresh & healthy. However, I would definitely get the signature bowl again! read more

This place is amazing. Some of the best açai bowls in San Antonio. I'm so glad that we finally have açai bowls in this area. The food was so fresh and delicious and came out quickly after ordering. I only had the açai bowls this trip but next time going to try out their smoothies. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are in the area. There are some great photog opportunities as well. My bit of feedback is to have more than one sizing option to allow for a lower price point. Currently they only have large bowls. It has no taste. It does not taste like acai at all. I could just taste the peanut butter, honey, and the fresh/frozen fruits that were on top as toppings. I'd believe it if the purple "acai" on the bottom is just blended ice with purple food coloring lol. I personally love açaí bowl very much, but I'd say this is the worst I've tried so far. Ambiance is not so great as well. I tried to sit in the patio, but the table wasn't even set up. The chairs were just stacked together. We had to set everything ourself. Service was okay. read more

I really wanted to love this place because it's so close to my work. I've been here twice and the The girls at the front have always been so sweet and polite. But I've had a lot of açai bowls and their version is on the watery side. I feel like its already melted when it's handed to me. Also i am Not a fan of strawberries, So the first time I went I asked if I could replace the strawberries for pineapple and it was a dollar up charge and the pineapple seemed like it was from a can. So today when I called to make an order I asked if I could replace the strawberries and get double blueberries instead but it was still going to be an additional charge and I don't understand that. Such a great little spot, cute decor, super friendly staff and while I wanted to love it so much the bowl was pretty gorgeous looking but bland and sort of watered down. Pineapple and mango were from a can, so zero texture/flavor, strawberry looked fresh and presented perfect, sadly also more on the bitter side of taste, but the pitaya mix was definitely the prettiest part of the bowl but lacked flavor. The granola was the most flavorful part of it and it was only a tiny amount. And for $10.50 for the bowl alone and 15 after tip...it was a pricy lesson. I think if they partnered with a local fruteria or even big box produce locally they'd not only have some amazing fresh fruit choices, it'd definitely be worth that price tag. read more

I really was looking forward to this place, I had the dragon bowl, and while it is a nice size serving, the pitaya lacked flavor. The granola though, and the honey helped with the lack of sweetness. But what a HUGE disappointment when I saw the pineapples were straight from a can, almost colorless and remind you of school cafeteria fruit cups. I believe the mangoes were from a can as well as they lacked the mango texture. When pulling up to the surgery center, he saw the sign for açaí bowls and said that is exactly what he wants after he wakes up! Ordering online was super easy and straight forward. I ordered while waiting for discharge and picked up the order right after. They were ready quickly and we had no wait. The place is nice and cute inside. The girl at the register was very friendly. Overall, a good experience. These were delicious and big. I froze half of mine to save it. Took it out to eat it later and just microwaved it for 30 secs...good as new! I wanted to love this place so bad since it is close to my apartment. I had gone in on a Sunday and was greeted by staff. The young ladies here were so nice and asked if I had any questions about the menu. I got a customized bowl with Pitaya. Usually when I have Pitaya at other places, they have a solid taste to it. This Pitaya literally had no flavor to it. I did enjoy the fruit because it tasted fresh and was at a perfect room temperature. Okay so this place is fire . The novo signature bowl is my go to actually the only one I've tried. I get extra almond butter on mine just makes it so much better for me since I love almond butter. Finding this place is a dream it's like a healthy snack but still delicious. One of the things I enjoy is that LA fitness in around the corner so you can workout and come here after for a smoothie or Acai bowl especially after burning a lot of energy . I feel like it's a good comfort food in a sense of replenishing and recovering from harsh workouts or just a little snack for an active person or anyone. The aesthetic was super cute I love the minimalistic decorations and the neutral colors. The fridge is also cool. The girl was nice she didn't smile much but hey she's just doing her job lol. Horrible Experience!!!!! Site allowed my wife to place an online order on 02/02 for a pick up. After being told her order was received and then CHARGED for it, she went to pick it up, only to find the store was closed with a sign stating the store would be closed for weather on 01/30 and 01/31. Tried going by both yesterday and today to get this resolved in person, only to find the store still closed. I've tired reaching out to their company email and through their socials but have not received a response. With the bad weather I understand why they were closed for those two days, but the weather has since cleared up and they are still closed two days later.
