Because I was mistaken, they needed to order another windshield and were able to do so and have it within 15 minutes which did not delay my appointment at all! They were kind and courteous and helpful and even gave me their opinion on my rear wiper which is acting a little funny - putting some lubricant on it and advising me how to evaluate if it resolves or needs replacement in the future. When I followed up to request the ADAS calibration report, I was asked why I wanted it and was cut off while explaining. I was told the report wasn't required to be provided to me, and I only received a partial version. The change in tone from courteous to defensive was hard to miss. Additionally, the service report listed an odometer reading significantly lower than my actual mileage--by tens of thousands of kilometers. This might have been an error, but it raises questions about accuracy. This business is newly ICBC-certified, and it seems efficient on the surface. But if you're someone who asks detailed questions or expects clarity around safety systems and documentation, you may not receive the same level of responsiveness. If you're looking for storytelling, this place delivers. If you're looking for clarity, maybe look elsewhere.
