I booked my appointment for my first Brazilian wax ever and my cousin book her appointment for her first facial ever. The location is in a beautiful location. The facility is adorable, & clean. I am so excited to have a new place to get a facial & waxing. Mandie made me feel at ease & comfortable. The fist time I ever got a Brazilian Wax & man it was interesting. All the while Mandie was kind & patience. I didn't even feel rushed. I went back for a 2nd time and it was easier and I even got my under arm wax. I am all set for my 3rd appointment! When I went back my esthetician Melanie was very accommodating and asked lots of questions to make sure she was giving me the best service and to accomplish what I want from the service. She also walks you through the steps, so no surprises and you know exactly what is going on and why she is doing or using certain products. She continually checked to make sure I was ok. There are several different services offered, so I will be back to try other services, I was very happy with my end result. I love trying new places and being pleasantly surprised. Although I live in Tampa, I am willing to make the drive here for my self care needs.

This is your typical hair salon set up , the buzz of chatter from hair dressers and clients, and the place is clean. Michelle is very good, and I was very pleased . Few months later made another appointment. While waiting for Michelle to finish, I sat there were no other clients getting services and the hairdressers stood around the reception desk talking and laughing about what was either clients or coworkers..... I will continue to go to Michelle HOWEVER , my husband needed a hair cut and did a "walk in" today . He was talked to rudely.... He walked out . Michelle will be the only reason I entertain this salon. As far as services by my hair dresser I would give her a five star but the salon "attitude " it gets a 3 because it was clean
