There was a gentleman here that did my nails and though he was polite, did not do a good job at all. I asked for a simple fill with regular polish. I get to the register and they asked for $43. I've been charged $23 for a fill before so I was very confused as to why I was being charged $43. The lady offered excuses that did not make sense. After paying, I looked at my nails and it already looked like I needed another fill. I went back in saying that the price didn't seem right, and the nails did not look right at all. She agreed that my nails were not fully painted and sent me back to get them fixed. When the SAME MAN was done finishing, they barely lookedany different and he left polish all over my fingers. Beyond that, the lady said that was all she would do for me. My friend and sister saw my nails and they were customers as well. They agreed that either they needed to be fixed or I should ask for a refund. I'm not as confrontational so I debated going back, but my nails really did look bad. They were rude and the lady said my nails looked fine to her. She refused to do anything further for me. As someone who has given a LOTTT of money to this company and who hasn't complained, I'm upset and am now having to dispute this with my bank.

When I went back my esthetician Melanie was very accommodating and asked lots of questions to make sure she was giving me the best service and to accomplish what I want from the service. She also walks you through the steps, so no surprises and you know exactly what is going on and why she is doing or using certain products. She continually checked to make sure I was ok. There are several different services offered, so I will be back to try other services, I was very happy with my end result. I love trying new places and being pleasantly surprised. Although I live in Tampa, I am willing to make the drive here for my self care needs.

So about a month ago I got my hair done by Michelle Christine Leshley told her wanted a color…read moremelt/ombre with a dark red burgundy color (inspo photo included to show what I wanted vs what I got) She showed me the pigment off the bat and I told her it was very pink and I was going for a darker red maroon color but she kept telling me it was going to be fine and I was going to like it, note she's never done my hair before so how would she know what I like ? Anywho I kept asking her to just add some purple to the color and she kept persisting that I was going to like it when I knew I wouldn't. I don't understand why we couldn't of added a little purple or red to make a shade that I liked and I kept telling her that, and her response was that "we would have to go somewhere and get color" which I don't understand we're in a salon surrounded by hair products. The second issue I also felt that she was just doing what she wanted and not what I asked for. So to sum it up she lightened my hair she did some highlights and touched up my front which is where the biggest problem is, she didn't give the bleach the time it needed to do its job and get the blonde hair all to the same tone so now that my hair is fading a little bit I can see all the imperfections and different tones because she didn't give bleach enough time to do its job on my hair which make it uneven and spotty, and her reasoning was since "we're putting red and red takes well" which I just think is extremely lazy on her part for someone who claims to be a color expert and it's a big reason why I am not happy with my hair on top of that fact that it's not the color and style I wanted at all. It's just disappointing because I was originally quoted $110 for a highlight but then when I told her I wanted a color melt/ombre and showed her my inspiration she told me it would be $220 yet she when she did my hair she did a foiled hi-light and did not do a ombre/color melt and when I brought it up she said it's easier for her to do it this way but clearly she just highlighted my hair. I'm obviously very upset to not receive what I asked for on top of that fact it took me two year to grow out all my natural length to be able to do the style I asked for and now it's ruined with overpriced poorly blended hi-lights. I reached out to her multiple times now to see if she wanted to fix my hair and do what I asked for and have pretty much been ignored.
